Wow I have never come across such rude service. I try not to critique but this was just plain rude. So one of our employees had her car towed. 2 months ago her car was about to get towed. H&R employee ( very nice guy) said she can not park in that stall as it has a 3 hour max time limit for customers. Fair enough. After that she started parking on the other side of our salon. Today H&R employee towed her car away and while we was doing so, we asked why and he said well this is customer parking now. I am guessing Payal Business Centre failed to notify unit owners as I got no message from strata. So I call to let Harj ( Owner of H&R) know about the confusion. I told him definitely my employee will be paying for her towed car. I tried to explain him needing to change his sign because it makes no sense. Apparently yellow paint on parking stalls mean customer parking and white paint means owner/employee parking. So I try to continue to tell him his signage is wrong and he needs to change it. With his loud obnoxious voice he continues to tell me I am wrong and that his sign just notifies where to pick up your car if towed. Like this sign is clearly a customer parking only sign - you have it at the wrong place. I hate when businesses can't admit they are wrong. Payal Business Centre strata needs to rethink who they hire.

Victory Auto towing did a fantastic job for me and my family this weekend 10/8/2017. My vehicle got a problem and I called Victory Auto Towing the dispatch driver that responded to the call was very professional and did a good job. I will definitely recommend Victory to anyone that needs a towing job.

Refused to give me the company’s number so I can file a complaint. No customer service or any good demeanour from them except blatant rudeness. Basically gave me no information besides the fact that if I want my car back I have to go in and pay at this specific location. When I get there there is literally no parking, you have to illegally park outside on the road while you walk inside to actually get your car and pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just another company trying to take away your money!!

They caused $739 of damage to my vehicle. Not reimbursed. Not impressed. Not recommended.

I locked my keys in my van, looked on Google maps for a local tow truck company and after the first company said they didn't know how to do it, Canadian Towing was there in 10 minutes and it took the guy 1 minute to open the van. I was Very Impressed

the towing company was amazing and they had great service and the price was beyond reasonable
