Towing

Shout out to the tow truck driver who made a stressful situation less terrible. He was so patient and fun with the four kids who were with me when my keys were locked in my car. Dare I say he made Mom’s mistake the highlight of their day!

Nobody in site, doesn't seems to have much from what i could see through the gates' cracks.

This company is a scam. They will charge you for the heaviest/biggest truck/load they "have", but actually they only own a small truck that according to their website should be worth $500. They used to be named Junkman services and I submitted a complaint against them with the BBB.

This is the worst ass i have ever delt with hes threating me online about to have him baned on craigslist im also posting adds complaining of his rude conduct .plus im calling every person i know that will push this fake crappy tow bussinness into the ground . aswell i am contacting the better bussnes breou......i really cerncered and hoping the he doesnt breed as im im sure he is a inbread heathen

I had a flat tire about 2 weeks ago out in Richmond ( I live in Vancouver) and it was on a Sunday. I didn't call Rusty's first - I'll be honest- it was because of the poor google reviews. But every other place I called was closed or too busy. The second last place I called recommended Rusty's so... I called. The man I spoke to was very helpful and polite. So was the man who came out to help me put my spare tire on. Too bad about the other negative experiences. Thank you Rusty's! Will call again and will recommend!

I had to get my car towed from underground garage, and TONKS towing was the vehicle that showed up. The driver was very polite and professional, answering to any of my questions and concerns. He made me feel very comfortable with the situation, which I'm always super nervous about because I've read horror stories where car gets damaged even more during the towing

Been meaning to leave a Awesome Review! Last October we had a Oil Pressure issue, a leaking Oil Filter it turned out to be. Anyways it was the long weekend and were in a tight spot. We called Gardner Motors and they were open. I can't remember the two guys who helped, but the service department was not open, but we were low on oil so they topped us up fro Free and we were able to make it home to get the repairs. If we lived in Squamish would bring our Yukon here for service!!!

My car got damaged after going through a really bad pothole at 9pm, and nabil came in the time frame that was communicated. Pricing is great and he was very gentle with the car. My car is low and he took great care to make sure the car doesn’t scrape. I used them again to tow the car from the dealer to my house into my garage which is on a steep ramp but the flat bed truck they use is very versatile. Easily, we were able to put the car in the garage. BEST TOWING SERVICE in lower mainland!!!!!! Thank you Nabil!!!!

Never fun when you have to be towed but this guy was funny and cheerful! Def recommend

Fast service. Charged what I was quoted.

Needed a tow to the mechanic. Called in, Got a quote for 69$. He arrived 10 minutes later, had it hooked up in 5 mins. Took my payment for 69$. And that was that! That’s all I can ask for and He was nice and friendly. ( 2 weeks ago a different tow company charged me $160 for a 2 block tow. .....that is why I’m skeptical to begin with) Thankyou Advance towing for not ripping me off and for keeping it simple & timely. I will call you again, if ever needed.
