Towing

This company is a joke. Do not use under any circumstances. Waited 3.5hrs for a tow. Still didn't show up after 3 calls to the operator.

2017 August 29, Book a towing at 9:30 never show up. Called to say will be there at 12:30 never show up...then called at 2:00 to say "I'm gonna need help from other guys" !!!!???? customer service BIG '0" not reliable...don't loose time with those people. Probably wrote good review them self. No Star for you... coz you just SUCK!!!!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a service shop. Highly reccomend the quick lane to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Francis is a very good man. You cannot find anyone that will help you like he did in this kind of business. All the other towing charge an arm and a lef where this please is absolutely affordable. He will help you in anyway he can to get your car to where you need it to be. I would 100% recommend him to all my family and friends!! It is a great pleasure meeting you Francis!!! Staff there don’t know what customer service means, can’t expect too much when the employees don’t even follow the dress code and look homeless.

Mitchell's Towing, like most towing companies, loves to tack on ridiculous charges in addition to their regular impound fee that are little more than blatant cash grabs. On a 3.2 KM tow from the stall to the lot Mitchell's added a nifty "Fuel Charge" of $21.60, plus tax. Surely at just over $7/KM, their tow trucks must be fuelled with gold flaked gasoline.
