Guy called at dinner time (couple times) to harass and threaten me to pay over the phone "right now" or it would "Get real expensive" 10/10 lol would use again if nothing else existed

Travelling from Nanaimo to Alberta, a brake problem prevented us continuing. We brought our truck to a stop in New West. We arranged a repair at Dawson’s and they sent Mundie’s to fetch us. Randy the operator was brilliant, hooked us up and got us where we needed to be, super competent and professional. Totally satisfied with the service.

I would give it -5 stars if possible. What a JOKE company! I am a homeowner at a condo tower downtown New West and our strata parking lot has the contract with them for vehicle removals, meaning we have to use this joker company. Someone was kind enough to park in my secure stall (I was only gone for less than an hour and this happened). Like any Condo building if you park in another residents spot you get towed. I called this in after having to involved a strata member (they would not deal with me directly) at 10AM. I was told it would be a couple of hours, which I thought was a bit on the longer side. It is now after 5PM and the vehicle is still in my spot. I have called back numerous times to follow up and I am told a few more hours every time. Its been 7 hours now and they have not ETA and might not be able to do it today. The dispatch lady said i could always call the police. I said "they will just tell me to call you", her snarky reply "exactly, there is nothing you can do about it" - I hung up at this point. Thanks! My car has been parked in our visitor parking all day. I tow shouldn't take an entire day to facilitate, I don't care how busy you are. F- for this company. DO NOT USE!

Towed my car after an accident. No issues. I was also able to head to their yard and pick up my items without any hassle. Easy to deal with.

My vehicle's battery had died and I needed a boost. After not being called back (or receiving no answer) from other places, I called here and got answered right away. Not only that, they came to my place within 20 minutes and helped me out! Highly recommend them for being dependable and kind.

Our truck died right on the highway and so our situation was pretty time sensitive. The flatbed came in about 40 minutes, and both dispatch and our driver were very helpful. Great customer service all in all. Would recommend.

My 40 foot boat trailer lost both wheels and broke its rear of my triple axle. It was such a nightmare that I was ready to throw away my trailer and buy a new one for 20k. Pat and the boys at parkway crew fixed the unfixable without having to remove my boat. They charged a fair price and were very patient with me taking some extra time to remove my boat off their lot when they had no room to begin with (please dont do the same). I highly recommend their honest , reliable service. They saved the day for me big time.

Very helpful guys and they give you the signs for free. Love the shop pets.
