Towing

Guy was rude and threatened to take my car away because I had to make a phone call to ensure that I could pay saying the longer I take the more he'll charge. Anyone making $170 for less than 30 minutes of work can wait for a phone call.

Just called this company as it was recommended by the shop that is fixing my van. Although the woman dispatcher was very abrupt and totally uninterested in my situation, the tow truck driver made up for it. His professonalism was outstanding and I would recommend this company to anyone!

What can I say - very professional, honest and helpful people. For the guy who rented a uhaul and drove it to BC for spite - let me know next time you do this...because that is very good advertising opportunity for my business on the side of the truck.

They we're were very nice on the phone BUT....... Our story goes like this basically we we're about to go out to get groceries until we stepped out the door and noticed a car parked behind my car in our driveway so i couldn't get out... Okay WTH we asked all the neighbours and no one knew who's car it was and it had been there for a few hours.... So we call this company, and then about an hour and a half later we called back asking what was going on they didn't show. she said they will be at our house in 15-20 minutes, okay cool. Half an hour later we call back and tell them no one has showed up at this point we we're transfered to the guy who was on his way he said " his tow truck broke down on the way to our house recommended us call another company if we wanted it picked up right away so we called the company he mentioned and they told us to call the regional towing because they don't do private towing.... Okay 😒 so we called regional towing again and tell them we can wait we just need the car picked up tonight, we even contacted police to make sure the vehicle wasn't stollen and we were told it wasn't and we can get it towed (we called regional towing around 4:30..... That car was parked in my driveway until 2:30 in the morning when the confused and possibly drunk owner finally showed up with a man with no reasoning on why she parked in my driveway all day blocking us in) 10 hours waiting for a tow truck that never even showed up.... Not the best experience

Broke down in -16 weather on a Sunday evening and was loaded up and in the warm tow truck within 15 minutes! A full 45 minutes before Canadian Tire Auto said they'd be here. The driver Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. It certainly made a bad night a bit better.
