Would rate higher if I could. Service was exceptionally fast, staff were very friendly, genuinely seemed like they wanted to help at the time and with any additional questions. Some of the best customer service I've had!

Bryan is an incredible man my wife had an accident yesterday and he was just driving by And he stopped to help and once he seen our 8 month old son was in the car he comforted my wife and held my son to calm the situation down and didn’t leave until everything was takin care of this guy is one of a kind unbelievable experience thank you Bryan

Yesterday we packed for the cottage....just !eaving home and spotted rear tire almost flat ...no problem..off to Ron's ...big bolt in tire.....they had us on our way in 50 mins.....fantastic response and service... Thanks team Peter &Myra

Excellent service, called on a busy morning today Jan.3rd 2018. CAA was too busy to schedule me in & Barrie Towing was too busy!, but I called Graves Towing & they were here in less than 30 mins! :-O. Should have called them first!. They are going on Speed dial now, Fast, Friendly & they easily loaded & unloaded my truck from a flatbed with it's rear differential LOCKED! using "skates". Unbelievable!. What other towing companies failed to deliver on, they came through & delivered!. Big Thanks, you guys rock & you made my day!! 😃

Knowledgeable friendly staff, they ordered a hitch for me a few days before I could come in and pick it up with a credit card deposit. They also showed me on the truck where to hook up my brake controller.

My son crashed our car (not his fault). Abrams towed and stored it until insurance took it over. Unfortunately the insurance adjuster locked the keys in the car but if not cleaned it out. Dispatch sent a truck over to their compound and opened it up for me.

I just put my Curt hitch on my 2021 Nissan Murano. It said it would take 45 minuets with 2 people. It took me just over an hour by myself. It was strait forward and went well. I am 75 years old and this will probably be my last hitch. I have bought 3 hitches from you since 1998. Now the wiring harness but I am sure it should go well also It sure been a pleasure dealing with you over the years. I don't know how you deliver for free. Thank you Rick

I think anyone who has negative reviews about this guy is quite frankly crazy because he is the nicest sweetest man he told me a half-hour and was way faster than that and he's a really sweet nice guy who is very fast and efficient and good at what he does five stars all around if I'm ever in Tonawanda strand it again I will be calling him

Great place to get your trucks fixed

I locked my keys in my car, and subsequently was locked out of my house as well at 1:30 am. They were extremely prompt, and I'm not sure if their prices can be beat. I would definitely recommend S&V to anyone.

I am tired of these damn trucks parking in front of my house on a residential street right off of the 401 and Weston road. There are lots of commercial places to park and let your f#$&**g truck idle for hours Please be courteous of the residents here and move your shit!!!!
