Dirty vicious and stupid. Stay away from Doug at DC Marine. He is as stupid as he looks. Rude, inconsiderate. A vile excuse for a human.

Fast, efficient, pleasant and I was thankful! The cost was reasonable.

Have the right equipment to help

Jack's Towing showed up as a result of a CAA call. The driver (Darcy) was 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

I had to have two cars towed to Kingston from outside town. Both times I called Ken Kelly's Towing they were able to go out same day and remove the vehicles. One of them even had crappy tires on it and he was able get it lifted up and pulled out. Reliable source for towing will use in the future.

Very rude

Above & Beyond Exceptional Service (something many have forgotten) When our truck broke down on our way up to our big snowmobile trip of the year, its was absolute disappointment and frustration when we saw smoke pouring from the bottom of the truck. We get out and sit on the side of the road, with a leaking transmission cooler line. Dead truck and trailer. Ridiculous problem to have right now. (A broken clip we later find at dealership) After a couple calls back and forth I get the call that made this company exceptional. First, they need to tow my full size pickup and 30' trailer to our destination. That was real far. They told me they could not take us all in the one truck and we're not getting a cab either. Knowing this they already have a plan. These guys brought their loaner vehicle to us (that they give customers when they go to their shop for repairs), they loaded my truck on the flat deck, and then hooked up my trailer and away we go. This awesome team let us drive to the hotel, they arrived and dropped the trailer at the hotel, then drove to drop the truck off at the dealership, and then came back and loaded the car on the flat deck and back to their shop. Guys you saved our snowmobile trip, saved my truck, and showed me that there are still outstanding companies out there going above and beyond what is expected today. Thank you very much for the quick response, fast communication, and a fast strategy to get us fixed. I would recommend Griffith Towing and Recovery. I will use their example of spectacular service to tell others through my years. Great job all around. Again, many thanks guys.

Very personable, great service and response time! I called Derrek at the Service Shop looking for a boost for my truck on a -25c cold December day. He responded in about a half hour and had us up and running in no time (CAA response time to non emergency calls was up to 24 hours according to the phone message). Highly recommended, Thanks Derrek!
