I love your town but a bus load of us went on the tour of the 1000 islands and we're back before four o'clock.. A group of about 8 went to the museum and gift shop and it was FIVE MINUTES BEFORE FOUR OCLOCK . The lady that was in gift shop saw us come in and right away she cashed out I personally wanted to buy a 25.00 book about the 1000 Islands and then a 13.00 booklet. She informed me that she was closed. Also another couple and about 15 people tried to get in he gift store same treatment. Just thought you might like to know. I realize that the tourist season is long But I was told this is Bus Tour month so both stores lost a lot of money including the museum lost money as there was a lot of us that wanted to tour it There was also people from another bus tour that tried to get into your stores.

I would not go anywhere else to have service done to my Jeep. The service department is phenomenal! I was having an issue with the rear end of my Jeep and FCA was giving them a hard time about fixing the issue. They were able to get the problem fixed and kept me in the loop the whole time. I will always continue to go here!

Vehicle went in the ditch with no apparent damage and was recovered with with no apparent damage,driver was very careful with our vehicle and very friendly ,very positive experience with a professional worker making this situation much easier to deal with!!!!!

I couldn’t be more greatful with Wallaceburg towing, I locked myself out of my truck in a very cold and windy night at the Tilbury Onroute, he was there for within 30mins to the rescue. Thanks a lot brother

I was camping at Charleston Lake PP, and noticed a slow leak in my back tire. Asked around and this was the only garage close by. I went in and was immediately greeted by a mechanic. I told him my situation and he said he could fit me in, or I could come back after lunch. I chose to go back. I also noticed a number of thank you's on the wall as well was a "25 years in business" plaque on the wall I was back at 12:55, he checked my tire, found the leak (a half screw in the tire), plugged it, had the tire back on my truck, and me on the road by 1:20 pm. I was charged $25 + HST. Thoroughly impressed and thankful I went here. I was in a bind and this mechanic and garage came through for me. Very professional, and very reasonable. Thank you!

My car broke down on an over drive back into Ottawa about 60 km from Perth. We left the car on the side of a small road intersecting highway 7. The next morning I contacting Lakes Towing to recover the vehicle. The were very helpful and friend over the phone. They did offer to recover the vehicle without me having to return to it. However i did meet up with them at their dispatch centre and gave them the vehicle location and information. They sent someone out right away to get it and bring it back to a service centre in Perth. Very clean and courteous group of people. I am very pleased with the service. They helped make a bad situation better.
