called the service through CAA I also filed a complaint through CAA the driver a man named Ben shows up there's a woman in his tow truck and it looked like her head came up off his lap. He was very chatty talked a lot told me that he was on anti-depressants, and that he just got his job back but he reeked like alcohol. I was very nervous about him Towing my car because of the way he smells and because of what was going on in his tow truck I told CAA it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen and then they should reconsider using that company. LMAO A&S towing or the driver Ben flagged my Facebook because of a bad review oh well I'll be back on fb soon and the review will be back.

This company was contracted by the OPP to tow my car in March of 2018. The tow truck driver loaded my car onto a flatbed and towed it to the Car Care Centre impound lot. Less than 24 hours after my car had been towed I contacted the Car Care Centre to retrieve some personal items out of the car and my brand new GPS had been stolen out of the car along with the mounting device. Someone had rifled through my car and took my old GPS which doesn't work properly out of my console and placed it on the front seat hoping I wouldn't notice the switch up. I reported it to the owner who said he would look into it and then got back to me saying no one has claimed responsibility for stealing it. When I went back a few days later to pick up the car it was obvious someone had rifled through my car again as some things weren't in their proper place and I was told by the tow truck driver that several people had access to my keys while it was sitting in the lot. I DON'T RECOMMEND using this tow truck company unless you want to risk losing your valuables and having someone rifle through your car. I don't understand how such a company can be contracted to do work for the OPP and CAA if they have such lax regard for the security and safe keeping of your vehicle and their contents. I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating but google doesn't allow you to give negative stars.

Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, only to find out when I get there that they thought they sold it. The salesman I had been dealing with then proceeded to take another customer for a test drive and left me there hanging. Wasn't offered so much as an apology. I was already on the fence about this dealership, from what others have told me. From this experience, I will not be going back in the foreseeable future.

John gave me the peice of mind to drive back home safely (4 hours away) with my horse trailer I was very thankful for his experience and would use him again if I was in that area.

I took my car here because it was close to home and the tow driver told me they were "nice guys". I needed my fuel pump replaced on my Cavalier. They were very nice, got my car in right away and called me to let me know what was going on. They gave me a choice in the price of parts and were courteous. I was happy after I got my car back and paid my bill, excited to be putting it all behind me, but then I found out that replacing a fuel pump should only take one hour of labour. They charged me for three hours, and it looks like they're charging $105/hour. My bill was over $600, and apparently I should've paid less than $400. It sucks because I was looking for a good honest service shop in the area and it looks like I didn't find one.

Whenever we are stuck in north bay (or need a start or get access to a locked car) we call Griffith Towing!
