I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. I had a flat on the freeway less than a mile from this place according to google. I call for a tow and the guy didn't seem to know the area I was describing even though I gave the exit numbers I could see as well as the street. The guy tells me "I can help you" and hung up! I called Pep Boys and got help from real professionals.

Biggest scam company ever un professional un helpful was involved in a major accident wanted to get my keys out of the car they gave me so much hell cause it's in the company name that I own... Also they charge u a ridiculous amount vehicle totaled told then I wanted to scrap it they offer me 100 three other places offered me 300 total rip off.. they are out to rip people off and take advantage of a tragic situation I suggest no one ever use them

The best scrap metal recycler in Ottawa. I have started collecting all the scrap I see on garbage day or on the side of the road and have been able to bring in an extra $600 or more a month. All the staff is extremely friendly. I also see their trucks driving around locally, and they seem very professional and don’t drive like crazy people. Big thumbs up from me...way better than the other scrap yards I’ve visited!
