I have to say they were amazing with there service! they beat the price of my local dealer and saved me a ton a money. Everyone who worked there was very knowledgeable and friendly!

I had a blowout on 8 mile and Grosebeck on 2/21 I called my insurance company they said due to alllll the road issue in my area we were on a code blue (like I knew what that was) & they have dispatched a few different tow trucks but they were all on an at least 4 HR delay!... After getting fed up of waiting I google towing in the area and three popped up I went with ROAD AID because of its 5star rating but I was skeptical ... FROM THE MOMENT TONY answered he immediately put me at ease and heard me out and my frustration ... HE HAD A TRUCK TO ME WITHIN 10 mins & it only GOT BETTER FROM THERE!!!! Mike F. Was sooooo very polite, personable & professional! I ONLY WRITE A REVIEW WHEN ITS TOP NOTCH SERVICE and ROAD AID GETS IT!!!!!! Here the 6th star they deserve⭐️ Thanks again Hannah

Very good experience..driver was curteous and polite. Most important of all he put my safety/concerns first. Called 3 windsor tow services but Banwell was least expensive and arrived quickly. If i need service of any kind in the future i will definately call them..I highly recommend this company. Thx
