Tried to go with them through AAA. Tire blew out near downtown Detroit’s 2amish on a Saturday night. In a crappy part of town. The tow operator blew off our call, said on App that they arrived, I called AAA service. After 30 min on the phone AAA supposedly sent someone else out. AAA even stated that the tow truck had called us, hogwash! No missed calls on my cellphone. Still waiting. We are now running out of gas and patience. Try to tell AAA to use someone else if you have any choice at all. This tow truck company isn’t a reputable operator. I would give them less than a star if I could.

I haven’t had to use your towing services, but one of your drivers tailed me unreasonably up Massillon and down Portage while I was already driving pretty fast. Is this how you do business? Drive recklessly, cause an accident and then you have a car to tow? Your driver had to be going at least 70 on Portage once he finally passed me, based on my speed at the time.

called for a tow had to get my car that had a flat tire 1km from my house since i know that he is located close to vnier i called to see how much it would be he said 95dollars i asked him if it was possible to get a bettter price he said 150$ was the bettter price he would give me since i was negotiating then he said he was joking and that were the prices i got it towed with towex for 65$

When I realized that I was going to need to tow my vehicle today, it wasn’t a happy moment. But the experience with Alliance was actually very pleasant. The driver was prompt and friendly. My car was hooked up and on its way to the mechanic very quickly. I paid cash and the driver even brought me back money when I accidentally over paid him. I hope I don’t ever need a tow truck again, but if I do I will call Alliance Towing Ottawa.

Highly recommend. Amazing rates. Ran into an unfortunate situation super early this morning coming home from a friends and all my studs had snap causing my tire to come off. My car was on the ground. Justin from Express towing showed up quick. He knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely nice, and beyond helpful to my situation. Took every extra step of caution to insure my car was towed safely and no further damage was caused. Very greatful in making the call to this company.

Ibrahim is the best!!! Not only did he and his work partner show up super quickly tonight when I locked my keys in my van but Ibrahim was able to get the door unlocked in two minutes 😊 I definitely would give him more than 5 stars if possible. Call Alliance if you need a tow truck.

EXCELLENT!! I experienced professionalism from the moment the phone was answered to the arrival of the tow truck (at the promised time) to the loading and securing of the vehicle straight through to the delivery of the vehicle to the mechanic's shop. The dispatcher listened to my needs and communicated them properly. The driver, Nadeem, arrived with a smile and conveyed a sense that he really WANTED to help me, not that it was just a job he was assigned to do today. I cannot express with words how reassuring that was to me! Thank you, you've got my highest recommendation!
