Towing

This place is robbery. They admittedly said they have some partners in law enforcement. Be ready to provide them your license and registration (likely in your car). They won’t let you go get it, even if you have your keys can unlock the car from that sh$thole Office. Nope! You have to wait for a special dude to escort you out. No, you can’t go get it even though the gate is open. No, you have to wait an hour to go get it even though you have my info and license. Place is a scam and a joke. Cash only and obviously atm there with atm fees. The lady there is miserable and does everything she can to make your life as bad, but don’t worry it’s not. Company as a whole is almost as bad as this lady’s attitude and view on life. Come out of the dark lady. It’s been months, but it’s incredible how frustrating this was. I still think this company is a joke and it’s petty theft from hard working people.

Do NOT call these guys! I crashed my car into a ditch, they towed it out and I signed the car over to them TWO days later, they now want to charge me 5600 dollars. They’re claiming I took over a week to get there which is NOT true. I was there the very day I got out of the hospital. They’re charging me 700 just for the tow, I’ve had numerous people call for quotes for my exact accident and are being told 250 MAX. They’re now trying to take me to court. I do not even live in the province anymore so I have my father dealing with them and they are refusing all reasonable offers. dO NOT call these guys unless you want an ongoing issue and an extremely unreasonable bill.

This place is a total rip-off. By partening with local sheriff's office, they charge you unreasonably high price for towing and keeping the car there. I had an accident near Akron, the police had my car towed there. I spent almost five hundred to get the car tow back. And they accept cash only!

The guy that answered the phone around 3:15 was very nasty to me when I called to let them know I had gotten stuck on 94 but was under 5 minutes away he could have said what he had to say a lot better than what he did ... It made me cry because I payed a cab to get tbere and dont stay anywhere in the area onstead of saying yeah I'll stay over they should have just told me to come tomorrow how was I to know 94 had construction going on lousy bastards now I have to pay another ride tomorrow plus $15 more all because 94 has construction going on... I didnt know that but im sure they did
