Towing

Very over priced

We got to the west-field office and no one was there so we called and the lady said they will send someone soon. We waited at least 45 min. Then we pay for the towing and they say go home and well call when we have a chance ( this was at 3:00 pm). we waited until 11:00 pm which i thought was rude. We found out the lady at the desk had just told the tower at like 10pm to get the car. We gave them our only key for the car and the lady said there was no key. they had to push the car with doors locked and clutch in gear with noooo key. that was great for the clutch. Wont use them and to expensive for the wait.

Great place to do business. Need a tow or autobody or mechanical they do it all. The best Auto Repair place in all of Hartford. Family owned business that'll take care of you like you were part of the family. Would Def do business with them again .

Jack's Towing showed up as a result of a CAA call. The driver (Darcy) was 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Waited 7 hours on Tuesday for them to tow my car. 4 of them I was with car and finally called a cab and went home. Kept saying another half hour then 45 minutes. Call anyone else!

I have never heard of a more ridiculous comment then what was written by some FOOL Ivan a month ago. First off if you don't want to give out your phone number then why would you expect any company to give out a price to tow a vehicle, especially when competitors call from blocked numbers to see what the competition is doing. I've used Cut Rate Towing several times in the past and found them to be courteous and reliable. They've also given me very fair price's, because I don't block my number when I call. ..I've also referred other people to them and have always heard good comments back. (By the way, I asked Cut Rate Towing about that comment and the caller did not call back with his number unblocked.) Have a nice day.

On the time under budget in a great job

Extremely bad service, yelling at customer when asking for price, stay away!!!!!

They really messed our truck up, leaving the coolant line disconnected and the system with no coolant in it, and when we brought it back, they just cleared the light and gave it back to us unfixed. They then were completely unhelpful when we talked to them about it and were complete jerks.

I was treated very good by Chandlers Auto. They worked hard on my car and had to spend hours dealing with my warranty company. I highly recommend Chandlers Auto. Thank you Dave Bradt and the other guys for all you did to help me.

Absolutely the best. Professional, knowledgeable, highest degree of integrity anywhere. Sean and Steve go out of their way to listen and explain any recommended auto repairs. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Bill on the phone is extremely rude. He should not be working in customer service at all. He basically talks to you like you're wasting his time when you are trying to inquire where your car is and how to get it out after an accident.

Missing money from vehicle after the presence of the money was verified. Employee accused me of being a criminal and no one would believe me. Terrible organization. No response from owner.

On Sunday morning 7/22/2018 I was heading to work and unfortunately I had an accident. Withing 15 mins or less Nick's towing Service got there. Very cool guy (although I was hit pretty hard) the guy was a cool guy. Went to the office to do the rest of the stuff and the staff was extremely amazing. If I have another issue best believe that they'll be the ones I'll be calling again.

Great customer service all around from the dispatcher in the office to the tow truck driver. They were on time; actually, they arrived earlier than the time they quoted me. The price was very reasonable. Because the axle broke on my car, there was a chance that my car could get additional damage from the towing. They walked me through the entire process of towing my car and what to expect as far as damage. No additional damage though. I would definitely recommend them.
