Came from Detroit to Bloomfield Hills on 3-1-18 to get our service truck out of a driveway ditch. Dispatcher & driver very polite. Exactly how service should go! Thank you. And those stating prices high, you get what you pay for, period. They came from Detroit to Bloomfield Hills. Oakland County Sheriff Dept. Used them for their tow company and my husband remembered that.

I needed my car towed a very long distance yesterday and Kale's showed up right when they said they would . The driver was Roger , he said he had been there 30 years and I can see why. He was very friendly , did a great job and took good care of my car. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service. I had to go through 2 horrible tow companies who clearly didnt know how to do their job. When mez arrived on scene, he knew exactly what to do to get my car out of the road. My rack steering wheel was damaged, could not move it but he figured things out. Pricing was fair. For the quality and care given from these guys its worth it.

Called this company for my mom who was stuck. On the side of the road... Dispatch said 20-30 minutes... Had to call back and was told “They were on a police call”... Fair enough, however a call back could have been arranged to let us know we’re waiting OR maybe contact another company or something 2 hours later still waiting

best place to get your vehicle repaired. PERIOD.

Called them to remove a 2006 focus from my drive way. Told me 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. So waited 2 hours still no show. So called again said sorry we are running late, be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Waited for an hour didnt show up. You do lot run a business by making somebody wait multiple times and waste half a day cause by the time I got somebody else to come over, half my day was gone. Do not deal with these guys they a horrible at being there when they say they will.
