Great customer service all around from the dispatcher in the office to the tow truck driver. They were on time; actually, they arrived earlier than the time they quoted me. The price was very reasonable. Because the axle broke on my car, there was a chance that my car could get additional damage from the towing. They walked me through the entire process of towing my car and what to expect as far as damage. No additional damage though. I would definitely recommend them.

Bill on the phone is extremely rude. He should not be working in customer service at all. He basically talks to you like you're wasting his time when you are trying to inquire where your car is and how to get it out after an accident.

The worst experience I have ever had with towing. These people are rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by towing your car. The guy had a major attitude and refused to tow my car less than 10 miles away, they rather tow it to their tow yard so that you can pay additional charges. They tell you one price then charge you more. I wrote a certified complaint letter to the owner, David Morton, and it showed that it was received, but he never responded. I called his office in Rockville, still ignored. The poor treatment of their customers is obviously the culture there. Don't get fooled by the shiny trucks. They are terrible!

Plus humain que ça, tu meurs, j'ai été pris dans la méga tempête du 14 mars 2017 et ils ont été les SEULS à pouvoir me sortir du pétrin. Je les recommande hautement !
