Towing

On Sunday morning 7/22/2018 I was heading to work and unfortunately I had an accident. Withing 15 mins or less Nick's towing Service got there. Very cool guy (although I was hit pretty hard) the guy was a cool guy. Went to the office to do the rest of the stuff and the staff was extremely amazing. If I have another issue best believe that they'll be the ones I'll be calling again.

Typical tow truck shysteres had all the paperwork from police whom told me all i had to do was go pickit up!! Uncooperative person in office was no help n told me the police lied!! He'd make it rite for $60 more now to complain to WD& WILM CITY COUNCIL

Missing money from vehicle after the presence of the money was verified. Employee accused me of being a criminal and no one would believe me. Terrible organization. No response from owner.

The measure of a service is how well they serve a problem, which we had, and this company measures up, and doesn't price gouge. We aren't from there and were in a bind, and each place we tried clearly wanted to jack up the price for one simple service. Trustworthy and fast. I would recommend and call again.

Got a flat tire at the grange fair. Called this place because they were the only place open at the time. Car had to be towed because my lugnut lock broke and I couldn’t get the tire off. They took my car that night and I picked it up the following afternoon. When I went to get my car it was COVERED in grease and dirt. The guy at the service counter wasn’t helpful and said it was like that before they got my car. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! Mechanic filthy handprints and marks all over my WHITE car. I don’t know who the service guy thought he was fooling but there’s not way u can try and convince me that the mechanic oil grease and marks didn’t come from that mechanic shop. SUCH A JOKE. Because I felt like I was getting no where arguing with him I just said forget it and decided to leave. When I opened my car door to leave the inside of my driver side door was filthy as well. Looked like someone rubbed their hands all over every inch of my driver side door on the inside. I was worried that they had messed up my car but as soon as I got home I spent an hour cleaning my car inside and out. Totally unprofessional and I will NEVER go here again. Warning to anyone that goes here..they don’t care about your car and they just want your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Save yourself the hassle of being mistreated and lied to.

Everyone here is excellent! Mark goes out of his way to explain what's up with my rig and never over charges me. Tammy is respectful and kind to work with. Over all a trust worthy garage with many years experience.

Zac at Corey's Big Dog Towing just saved us a huge headache. We were traveling over 3 hours from home and got a flat. We called his brother and he referred us to Zac. Zac jumped into action, welcomed us to his shop and found a very unique used tire to replace our own bad tire and had us back on the road in no time. All of this on Labor Day as well. Thank you so much to Zac and Josh for all of their help. PS we've saved your number and can't wait to get Maceys autograph someday :)

Very easy to work with, driver went a pretty considerable distance to tow my vehicle to a shop, and to drive me home. Prices were very reasonable considering the great service I received. Highly recommend this towing company.

Extremely bad service, yelling at customer when asking for price, stay away!!!!!
