Travel Agency

Ben and I had a great experience working with the travel agent at Marlin Travel, Jim Nikiforos in the past year for planning our wedding destination in Cuba. Starting in January 2014, Jim was approachable and detail-oriented which we admire in a travel agent. He was able to obtain various quotes in helping us to decided which airline and hotel to choose and explains the rationale behind it. He was great in facilitating the group quotes and responding to each of our guest in a timely manner. Our guests have commented on how quickly he responded to their questions or any comments they raised with regards to travelling to Cuba. He made the process very smooth and easy to follow. He is great with providing us with the updates throughout the 12 months. I cannot describe how grateful we are to have Jim as our travel agent (and wedding destination specialist) for the last 12 months dealing with initial deposit, final payments, medical/travel insurance and any issues with rooms/flight seating. I would definitely recommend him for any future travelling plans you may have. It's been a pleasure working with Jim and will continue to have him as our travel agent for future travels. You rarely ever see this kind of quality in the travel agent where they do take the time to listen to you, resolve any issues you may have and to go above and beyond. 5+ stars goes out to Jim. Wow. Awesome huge view of tiny home

I called the agency for help in planning a group trip to Brazil. I was asked to send an email with the details to the attention of Maria. I immediately sent the email but didn't hear back from anyone so I sent a follow-up email the next day. That was a month ago. I've had no response at all. Not a good first impression - wouldn't recommend the agency.

Nice place good people too work with

My experience is ok with them we have purchased ticket several time with them last year my family had travel from Montreal booked ticket over the phone we did have 9 hrs of transist at Doha it is airline responsibility to provide food coupon I guess in such case call airline before you travel.

He screw up the names and charge ppl for his mistake. never go again.
