Daniel was a absolute pleasure to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. We spent 3 hours there and every question/request was met with a smile. I have nothing but good to say about him. Will definitely return for future bookings.

After a few failed attempts in booking our destination wedding with another travel agent we were recommended to Baconko Travel and what a relief that was. Finally someone who cared about our wedding, was willing to answer all of our questions and help us with the entire process. Megan and her team are wonderful to deal with and have made this a fun and stress free experience.

I missed my flight and had to get a new ticket issued. Gave them a call and they told me the cheapest they could do it was for 900 bucks. I went to the offices of the airline company and they did it for 170. A similar instance occurred when i was getting my first ticket with them; they took over an hour to find me the exact ticket i had earlier found online in 10 minutes. Pretty much everything they offer in that respect is easier done by yourself.

I went in to ask a few questions and was helped immediately by Audrey Edwards, who was a complete nightmare. She was snappy and rude and was not a help at all. Would not recommend her to anyone. She should not be in the customer service industry because she does not know how to treat people nicely.
