Travel Agency

Used their services and the manager was highly unprofessional and completely incompetent at her job. The amount of screw up's made was mind boggling and the attitude and indifference was further infuriating. Had to deal with H.O after to fix everything and wasn't even given a simple apology for all the extra stress. Felt like they had already taken our money so they didn't care from H.O customer service expert. Customer service or satisfaction is not part of the agenda and I would highly recommend dealing with a different company all together. I should note that H.O did send us $100 off on our next trip 4 months later for all our inconveniences.

The service with Danielle it's awesome she's very Sweet ;) I recommend the Agence for the fast and exceptional service

It was above excellent!! We booked for Costa Rica last minute last spring break, we booked 9 days before departure and other travel agents ( companies) were rude saying places filled up and prices increased, Susan at Sears travel gave me a list of vacation ideas, great prices, and when I booked on the weekend ( her day off) she went in and booked our whole trip as flight had only 5 seats left and we needed four, she was friendly, fast, gave us e cellent ideas, we are planning on booking with Sears travel again this year.

We just arrived from our vacation to Valentin Imperial, Riviera Maya. Was amazing , the food, the beach, the room, everybody around us very politely. Thank you very much for your advice . We just wait to book our vacation with you. Thank you very much.

A life changing experience through Vietnam. Guides were on top of all the organizing and made sure everyone was having a fun time

Excellent service! Flight from Edmonton to London for brother's wedding on Dec 23rd, then to Scotland to spend Christmas Day with mum and dad and then a Boxing day flight to Calgary to rejoin the family. All sorted in very short order and an affordable price. Thank you Daniel!

This place is AWESOME! Excellent and friendly staffs, covenient place, and very affordable price! The price you see on their website includes all fees and service charge which I think is very good. They also give you the best deal that you can possibly get. I love this place!

They are now offering road tests for the Class 4 driver license! Awesome people all around!
