We drove through Thunder Bay thinking we would find access to the waterfront for a picnic with some views of the bay and Sleeping Giant. It wasn't until we left the city and were heading east, when we discovered the Terry Fox Scenic Lookout that we were able to enjoy the bay and surrounding area. The view is the best, and Terry's story is amazing.
