Travel Agency

Nippon Travel has very patient staff who go above and beyond for your booking experience. Highly recommend coming here for all your Japan travel needs. They also can make bookings for other travel destinations as well, but it seems like Japan is one of their specialties. I always feel I can trust their information and advice.

I had a horrible experience working with this Flight Centre location. I put my trust in the agent I was working with and was completely misled. I wasted my vacation time and thousands of dollars. He booked me over spring break after specifically requesting to avoid a week during any spring breaks. He sold me a 5 star resort with photos of a beautiful room but it turned out to be a 2.5-3 star room in a run down motel section at the back of the resort. The agent I worked with and the manager both lied about making a phone call to help resolved the situation. This was confirmed later when someone actually wiling to help was reached and noted that no complaint was left on my file which would have been there if a call was placed. After the fake attempts to help, they repeatedly refused to help. Never use this location!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NORTHEAST LOCATION: An agent called Kavita kept on lying to me about calling me back with my travel info she says I'll call you back in 15 mins then nothing next day she says I'll call back in 30 mins then nothing and so on ... Why do you have to lie ? You want a costumer to buy travel packages from you like this ? She clearly didn't really care if i want to deal with this company or not ! Very unprofessional , she needs to learn a lot , i ended up going somewhere else , don't deal with them ! A basic question about travel fares needs days to be answered !

Worst airline ever ! I worked for them as a flight attendant.their crew members are mainly desperate and full of gossip ! (For the ones that I know) I am french billingual but they were giving me a hard time everytime i would say a word in french (we were only 2 french speaking) ! Too much haters and too much gossip ! They made up a story against me and got me out without any explanation ! They call themselves equal and promote non-seniority based status, but they clearly guve advantage too the seniors (such as base relocation etc..) Worked for another airline after and the HR recruiters said Enerjet has a crappy HR system ! I however think that some of the pilots I worked with at Enerjet are really talented and would deserve a better career with a better carrier !

Me and my family have been dealing with PAN ASIA for few years and they always treating us with good manner. I definitely recommend them.

This is the best travel company in the province, check them out!

My friend used this company for his wedding. Where do I even begin, Handed our deposit to the lady name Jen(flight Centre)in April 2017. I though now it’s done. Comes October 11,2017 when we want to pay Billie(flight Centre). Billie mention to us we haven’t paid our deposit yet. Check our credit card money came out. Oct 11, 2017 paid in full. Ask for the receipt they emails 3X as we cannot view the receipts, by late evening receipt comes. Receipts Paid. Fast forward to 2018, Feb 15. The groom inform us we haven’t paid yet, 1 day before the deadline. Contact Celia awesome quick response & solved it right away. The problem is they keep changing our travel agent miscommunication can happen.

Very helpful staff! My claim was sorted out quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this company.
