It was a wonderful carefree day-trip. The receiving hosts were very welcoming and informative.. and I can't say enough about our driver/tour guide Joe.. funny guy :)

Any time we go on a trip I always use gray line for our tours I've used them for a 2 wonderful tours around Washington DC, Gettysburg, Las Vegas, Oahu Hawaii and most recently Niagara Falls, Canada their tour guides are all very friendly and very informative. The buses are very clean and comfortable. Good prices for piece of mind not having to fight the traffic yourself.

Amazing

No stars - Our agent planned a short, one week vacation for us. We ended up on flights - both directions - with two stopovers which meant two full days just getting to and from our hotel. We had expected our agent to get us on direct flights as instructed - didn't realize our mistake until it was too late. We did not feel the least bit looked after or cared for. We would never use this agent again or refer her to our friends.

Even though I wasn't buying a trip, they still went through the motions of what it would be like to book a trip. Awesome.

This is billed as a luxury tour however our bus driver didn't stop at the pick up point even though I called the company 10 minutes prior to the pick up to confirm the location. Over the next 40 minutes I placed several more calls that went to voicemail to figure out why. All I recieved in response was that the driver never came by but that they would pick us up on the way to the Falls. The bus was packed so my family couldn't sit near each other until after another stop. What you do get, besides anxiety, is the ability to skip the line at the behind the falls tour and the boat ride into the mist. That's probably worth the price but a first class operation doesnt forget to pick up passengers or have 4 calls in a row go to voicemail.

Beyond impressed with Lynn and her tour that she has created. As a long time Guelphite I learned things about Guelph I never knew and had a lovely day roaming around the Royal City. I bought this at a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and my parents and everyone loved it. You will not be disappointed but instead very satisfied. The food is prepared just for you and you always feel welcome and well taken care of at all of the locations. Note: definitely don’t eat before the tour! You absolutely get your money’s worth and are very full by the end. Thanks Lynn for a great time!

Came here to relax at the fountains. It's a great place to dip your feet. Lots of kids.
