Staff was Fantastic! We had no idea what to do or how to get there and in minutes we were on our way to a self guided tour of all things Niagra Falls. Not to mention the absolutely incredible falls themselves. THANK YOU REBECCA! your instructions were spot on!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Magnificent Tours Niagara wine tour especially the commentary provided by our tour guide who was very informative about Niagara Falls, NOTL, and the fabulous wineries. John was attentive to everone on the bus making us feel very welcome to beautiful Niagara Falls. What a terrific day!

The cost of the Niagara Falla - Behind the Falls and Hornblower Niagara Cruises for 2 adults and a child is $113.70 CAD + tax. Magnificent Niagara Falls Tours charges $285.00 CAD + tax with their big selling point that you won't wait in the long lines because they take you right to the front. Instead of a spending 6+ hours to do the two attractions it would take about 2.5. The lady even said it would be really busy starting today because of the long Canadian holiday weekend. We got in immediately at Behind the Falls at 10:15 AM and made the next boat out for the Hornblower Niagara Cruises around 11:15 AM. From the time we left our hotel to the time we finished both attractions was about 2 hours. The lady basically lied to me in order to fleece me out of over $170. Maybe lines would have been really long in the afternoon. I certainly wouldn't trust their word for it.

The best look at the falls you're going to get

There are two parts to this presentation. The first is an anime. Although well done, the conversation can only be followed by Canadians (my perspective). I number of tourists from other countries were definitely confused and didn't follow the show. The second part is a sound, light, movement and water show. While the production is awesome, the absence of commentary again left some viewers confused. I had a number of them asking me to explain what they saw.

Paradise on Earth. Feeling of "On Top of The World" is achieved merely by standing facing the Horse Shoe Falls.

Experienced was really good I will call the same taxi again I would say to.people taht you guys should call this AA FALLS TAXI TOURS because the service is good and it's affordable ...

I like the Park..but they should add more things to do ..like on the Canadian side..

They only direct people to businesses they are affiliated with. We were looking for a smaller hotel and some places to dine at that were not franchises and they could not guide us. This tourism office was of no help.

Absolutely perfect! My family and I travel to Niagara Falls, NY every year to visit family. We have stayed at many vacation rentals but this place was by far the best. Everything was very clean, and well stocked, our hostess was very friendly and helpful. It was also great that she lived so close by in case we needed something. We were made to feel welcome and we were even given a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Every room is so clean and well taken care of and my mother in law LOVED the kitchen. She had everything she needed to make meals including a waffle maker for breakfast, cookware and bake ware, and best of all a good sized fridge. We had a blast sitting in the back yard around the fire pit and listening to the sound of the river. It was breath taking. When they said the house was close to the river, they weren't kidding. It can be seen from the house and the sound of the water is amazing. I would highly recommend this rental! We hope to come back next year!
