Very friendly, a little bit expensive but good service.

Dr. Seto is kind and very patient with animals. He is very gentle with my skittish cat. He doesn't push for unnecessary procedures or treatments.

Dr.Wein is a compassionate doctor, listens and tries to help his patients.

Such an amazing vet clinic. I brought my kitten, Poutine, there for boarding, a serious limp issue and a spay surgery and each time I felt 100% confident that I was leaving my little Poutine in the best hands possible. I particularly love Marilène who answered all my questions, gave me detailed feedback on what was going on with Poutine every time I called and always comforted me when I was worried. Marilène is so nice and patient.

They will tell you any lie to make you buy stuff. The doctor is very inexperienced. Rude and offensive. They try to make you feel like irresponsible pet owner, just so you can buy their products. Also, kind of expensive. It is more a sale point then a care for my pets. Been there twice, it's enough. Never going there again.

For those who are concerned about leaving their cat with a stranger, they let you stay with your cat the entire time and you will see they do a great job. Caring, friendly people

Just moved to the area a short while ago and have brought our dog utah to be a patient. Dr. Palmer is extremely gentle with our dog and utah doesnt get nearly as stressed as any other vet he’s been to. Hats off to this place and they also don’t try to upsell you at every corner which is nice just focus on the well being of your animal. 🙌

Checked a stray cat I found for a chip and gave me lots of good options for where to take the cat and how to care for it properly. Even put up signs to help find the owner, if it even had one.

Crazy prices! They are not compassionate towards people in difficult situations. All they want is money. The health of animals comes 2nd.

These guys are amazing! They not only were knowledgable of ferrets, which is so rare, but they very concerned and caring, they have called me back twice now just to see if he is doing better! And they care about the people too! I wasn't feeling to hot myself so they got me water and advil! These guys are just so straight up amazing!

Disorganized is the best way to sum it up. Can't recommend. Had to rebook appointments over and over. It got to a point where my wife felt compelled to call back to confirm our follow up appointment which of course they had lost again...
