Great Clinic! My hubby and I took a big step and rescued two cats this year and were looking for a great vet to bring them too. As a place that’s close to home and that had great reviews we decided to try White Oaks! As a new owner you want the best for your furbabies! Being new to the idea of having cats I can honestly say this clinic has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the vet visits and our decision to be cat parents. When our one was overweight they recommended a diet for her and it’s working great they even offered a follow up appointment to keep her weight monitored. Our other guy came home from the rescue with a cold. Dr. Nasir not only took the time to diagnose but explained why it happened and even offered some medications for us to purchase to help! Our fur babies have never been happier. They even answered our questions about other care related questions about food and illnesses. They trimmed their nails and showed us how to for at home without us ever feeling rushed or judged for asking “silly” questions. Even the front staff here are pet owners and can answer small questions when the doctor isn’t available. Our girl initially had first visit jitters and we couldn’t get her in the carrier so we had to cancel. They not only understood and rescheduled quickly but also offered us advice to try and help us out initially. The appointments went so well the cats come home and hug each other. Our girl is so comfortable in the car now, no distress meowing on the way to the Vet, our little guy is still warming up to the doctor. The vet clinic helped them bond :)

Have only taken my dogs here a few times since switching from our vet in Toronto. I'm impressed at the care given to both the animals and the owners alike. The building is an older converted house style veterinarian clinic its semi clean for a vet clinic.

Very friendly and cheerful staff. Its a cheery bright sunny place. Clean and well kept and the vet was awesome with my grumpy old dog!

My dog took I'll Wednesday. Tried to get him in Friday. Had to go to another vet after 10 years with Mackay they wouldn't see him. Put him down 30 minutes ago . Never go to Mackay again

Staff were not able to retrieve a simple blood sample from my cat over a 45 minute window. They shaved parts of his neck, as well as his hind leg and continued to jab him until my husband had to step in and ask them to stop. At no point did they try to provide him hydration, as his current veterinarian has pointed out would has assisted. After accomplishing NOTHING, they offered a one day sample of a medication for him to try, then invoiced me $15 for the one pill. The total visit, which didn't accomplish ANYTHING was $300 that my husband paid while I took my cat to the car. After looking over bill at home and contacting the vet about the price of the medication "sample", they explained that even though they promoted it as a sample, there is in fact a dispensing fee, and had we have purchased a prescription, the cost would have been around $0.15 a pill! Please do not visit this vet clinic! They will take your money even when they cannot provide the services invoiced. There are many other clinics within Durham Region, and I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes so my cat can receive proper care than ever step foot back into that office!

The most caring and relaxing pet-loving vet I have ever been to. My dog finally doesn't mind going to the vet! Prices are fair, if not better than the others in town.

Dr. Dhaliwal and Dr. Hurd are both really nice to deal with. The clinic is clean and well run and you can tell that the staff and vet techs all really love animals. Normally my dog is a basket case as the vets, but he was really calm with Dr. Dhaliwal.

My guy has been going there since he was 7weeks old... he's 9 years old now. Staff are caring and kind

Thank you so much king Hopkins pet hospital for all the love, support and respect that you have given to me and my pets. Recently we had to go through tough times with our little furry family member who was deteriorating fast over the weekend and we knew it's time to make hard decision. We took him to KHPH. It was our first experience and we were very unfamiliar with the process. Front staff took the time to respect our privacy and made it a very smooth process for us. Vets were very attentive, they listen to us, gave us options. Did few tests, discussed the results and decided it's humane to euthanize at this point. We felt so much better after knowing what was wrong with our pet and said good bye with clear conscious and proper closure. Thank you very much King Hopkins pet hospital.

Dr jim holmes is the best vet ever. I worked for him for 8 years and I see his knowledge his care and passion for the pets he treats. I would not take my pets to any other place. Oh Jim I am getting a new puppy this week. See you soon. Sincerely Anne iannarilli McLaughlin

I wish to thank the staff and especially the vet on duty July 21 ,2018 when I had to rush my 16 year old poodle, BREE, in with breathing issues . I knew it was her time and the vet was so compationate and made it easier for me to accept my decision. The room I was taken to was warm and inviting which made the experience more bearable . It is always a sad time when you have to let go of your loyal companion but the experience was a good one in that I knew I left her in good hands. Thank you all again. Emily James

Without hesitation I have nothing but excellent things to say about Morningstar Pet Hospital. From Dr. Kodsy taking his time to explain your options and ensuring you have every question answered to the follow up phone calls checking in to see how my little guy Hank is doing...certainly is appreciated. I 100% recommend Dr. Kodsy and his team. They are wonderful!
