Veterinarian

Their compassion meant a lot to our family. Thank you for helping us during this difficult time.

I had to bring my cat, Tiger, in because he got into some medical marijuana brownie remnants in the sink, and the office said I might have to wait a few hours for them to call back, as all their appointments were booked for the day, and they'd have to squeeze him in sometime in between. As I was filling out the paperwork, someone else called to say they were running a bit late for their own pet's big day (must have been a surgery or something), and the kind ladies offered to look at Tiger right then. I am very grateful to everyone in the office for being kind, understanding, and non-judgmental, and for doing everything they could to calm my cat down, and to reassure me that my visit wasn't pointless, even though they said he looked like he was recovering fine. Thank you so much for being such an awesome team! My cat and I both appreciate you all very much!

I feel they add costs for made up things. Like "tail inspection". Yeah my cat still has her tail good work.

Will not be returning. I only go in for food because it’s on the way home from work and easy for me to stop by. Obviously this clinic doesn’t care about how customers are treated since they have such rude staff. The girl with the pink hair is awful. I have never enjoyed dealing with her and today, I overheard her talking badly about customers who were in the building!!!!! For how much this vet charges for food and treats, you’d think they’d have better front desk staff. I’ve seen this young lady every time I have gone in, and she is always unpleasant, moody, and rude. I will not be bringing my business back and definitely won’t be bringing any of my pets here. Very disappointing!

Excellent pet care. Knowledgeable staff.

I can trust this vet, I've gone to them for 5 going on 6 years now.. they're very knowledgable and caring I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly, experienced, caring staff. Always running on schedule.

Amazing doctors and tech. 10/10

Staff is amazing. Brought my dog in for an emergency and was seen immediately and quickly diagnosed. I would recommend anybody to bring their pets here.

Great service here. They always take great care of my dog and don't mind answering email questions.

Great people that were wonderful with our dog and took excellent care of him.

Great people!!

Absolutely amazing, friendly and competent staff. I travel from Calgary to here. They really are beyond amazing with my animals and I couldn't recommend a better place.

Those people are so good here. Excellent experience each time I visit with my dogs. Very well priced with great service all around.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, affordable. This vet clinic is a little ways out of the city but it's well worth the trip. Dr. Carolin is attentive and highly skilled, especially in regards to surgery. You can tell how much she truly cares for her patients just by watching her interact with them; she's so sweet and gentle. All of my pets love her and I'm confident that you'll love her too.

We have been bringing our miniature dachshund to Aspen Animal Hospital since they opened their doors. We have always received fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service. We really appreciate Dr. Ross and all the other staff!

Very kind hearted staff, reasonably priced and rarely force any up sells.
