we received a our puppies health records with no weight, no deworming, no heart rate, no respiratory records, no cardiovascular records & when contacted she responded by saying she was on vacation.

This clinic is superb. I think I have been bring all my pets to this clinic for over 20 years. Even though she moved, then I moved, I travel and make the time to see her for all my animal care needs. She has seen me through highs with new additions to my family and help me say good bye to long time companions. Her staff are exceptional and long term so that says a lot about a business when employees stick around. I have no problems referring this clinic if anyone asks me. Caring compassionate and wonderful. Thank you for everything and years of great service.

This is our 4th cat with Dr Z and the crew at derrydale. Our first lived to be a happy health 19 and was with Dr Z his entire life. They are kind, caring and direct. They were able to make saying good bye to our furry friends easier, and with great compassion. They are now helping us with a rescue and she is 100 % improved from when we first brought her in a year ago. I have referred several friends and neighbours all of whom have had good solid service and support . The clinic also provides support services for seniors who may not always be in a position to afford care for a loved companion. Over the years we have grown to trust them and in the Rare case something has been out of the ordinary they have always done more than expected to correct the situation. Dr. Lee is so knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions. In the event of an emergency or even a regular check up... this the is vet that you want taking care of your animal. There might be some places that is a bit cheaper but it does not compare when you think of the level of care your animal will receive.

The staff here are extremely rude and they reminded me of why I stopped going to this vet almost 16 years ago. I have no issues with the vet himself but he seriously needs to reign in his staff who treat his paying customers like crap. My pets are like my children to me and I shouldn’t have to deal with the cold hearted BS given to me by his staff. Telling me to wait until an appointment opens up in FOUR DAYS or they can squeeze him in tomorrow for ‘emergency pricing’. WTH! NEVER AGAIN! I’ll go to our regular vet! This vet IS NOT RECOMMENDED! They don’t care about the condition of your pet. Just how thick your wallet can make them rich.

AMAZING VET!!! (I wish I knew her name) the lady that saw my skinny pig yesterday was very professional and She DID NOT try ripping me off like the other vet I went to who have in the past has. Absolutely love Coco’s new vet, I am never taking my pet to another clinic. You could tell she really cared about my animal and she wasn’t trying to take my money, which is hard to find a vet like that. She took the time to explain everything to me, let me know what I ACTUALLY NEEDED and what I DID NOT NEED. She gave me recommendations on how to help his healing and how to potty train him!! Also my mum will be changing her current vet for our Yorkie to this clinic. She has done an amazing job and i am letting all my friends and family with pets know about this vet! I would recommend this clinic, especially the vet who seen Coco, to anyone that has an animal. I really appreaciate what she has done for me, she has such a great personality and you could tell she really cares about her clients!!!! Thanks a lot for everything you have done for him. See you in a couple of weeks !
