Our cat of 19 years began declining in the last few months, Dr. Broughton and his staff did everything they could to extend his life, in the end we had to say goodbye to our beloved family member. Dr. Broughton made this terrible time as easy as possible. Wonderful, professional care. Jason Elwood

Always an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that obviously care about animals and do not push unnecessary drugs or procedures. I strongly recommend this place since every time I leave, I sincerely feel like my dog has just received the best care possible.

The staff was professional and patient. My 5 month old husky mix was a handful! My only concern was the drop off for animal sterilization. They tell you to bring your pet to the humane society but weren't specific exactly where? The humane society isn't open till 11am. They tell you to drop your pet off in between 8- 8:30 am? Apparently at the veterinarian office? Not far from the other entrance but still confusing??? Puppy is doing well. 😍😍

Stayed in McFeetors Hall Student residence while attending University of Winnipeg. The room they led me to had a giant hole in the wall, and when I complained, they told me to "put in a maintenance request". One week later, workers spent six hours for five days straight repairing the wall. What a great environment for studying.

Dr. Hirkewal helped us when we unknowingly adopted a VERY VERY sick cat from Winnipeg Pet Rescue, when the sickness spread to our other 2 cats and every sniffle, upset tummy and goopy eye since. We love his straight forward approach and the warmth and care we always get from each member of the staff. Thank you.

No updates for regular patients on move or letting them know when appts are needed? I loved going here but my dog is my life and I keep all his shots and paperwork organized on my end. But you guys have made it hard on me not keeping me reminded and sometimes not giving me correct paperwork with whats been done each time.

Dr Hamilton is amazing person with kind heart and incredible knowledge! She safe my dog , while many others veterinarians give up . My Abonnie is 12 years old and thanks to Dr Hamilton , she lives life with abundance of health ! I appreciate kindly !

This is where I buy all my pet food. The staff is very knowledgeable and make great suggestions. If the food is not right for your pet it is often exchanged for something else at no cost. They have a great variety of food choices.
