I work at an animal hospital and I've had experience dealing with several pet insurance companies on clients' behalf. Speaking as a customer, the service at Petsecure is honestly one of the best I've seen - staff are so knowledgeable and very friendly. They do their utmost best to accommodate me, they're very prompt with their compensation, and they are very organized - I haven't had an incident with them losing any claims or paid invoices, like I've had in the past with other companies. The only thing I'd say about this is that it is on the slightly pricier side, given what they cover and the percentage that they reimburse. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Excellent veterinary hospital with reasonable rates. You always get to see the vet right on time everytime. This business is technologically advanced compared to other places I have been before. They provide their customer with email or SMS reminder as well as electronic appointment confirmation. Theur specialized food service is also on point. When I ordered food they had it in within 2 days. I would strongly recommend you go there for your pet needs. I especially like the cat that always sleeps in the basket at the reception. Great improvements over the last 1.5 years!.

Thanks to all the staff for making a very difficult day easier. Making the choice to euthanize your aging, declining pet is very heart-wrenching and there was no judgement, only sympathy & caring. My cat was having a particularly bad week & the appointment was moved up on an emergency basis without complaint, even though we had never visited the clinic before. I will gladly recommend this vet hospital to other friends & family.

Very happy with Charleswood Vet clinic. Dr Leclair is fantastic with both of my dogs. She hasn't ever tried to talk us into anything that isn't required for the health of my dogs.

Very kind, gentle, caring and knowledgeable staff. Cared for our cat Chi Chi very lovingly.

They are timely and prompt. The veterinarians I've had experienced all have great bedside manners. My pup doesn't mind going to the vet at all. I would recommend them.
