I am in love with my vet. Dr. Carol offers an integrated approach to my pet’s health and wellness. She is both a traditional vet as well as a holistic vet. There is no one else around that does what Dr. Carol offers. She takes a genuine interest in your pet’s health. When you come into her office, she has calming oils flowing through the air. She approaches your animal with the upmost care and love. She is not the type of vet that will run tests just to run them or sell drugs to treat your pet because she will make more money that way. We have all been to those vets. Dr Carol will try different approaches to handle what ever your dog’s ailment is. Whether it is traditional medicine, or perhaps some herbs or oils or changes in the diet. I referred a friend to her that was about to undergo a lot of expense for her dog that was diagnosis with cancer. Dr Carol right away said it was not necessary to go down that route and they have treated her dog with other methods and I am thrilled to say that dog is doing fine. Dr. Carol as well as her staff are one of a kind. I travel far for our visits but she is well worth it. So if you are looking for that special veterinarian, look no further…Dr. Carol is it. Betsy F

Good care. Visits seem a bit pricey, but you can't match the personal care of these excellent providers. My cats adore Dr. Miller.

It's an emergency vet office, people complaining about the prices have very warped expectations. That being said, we had to have surgery on our puppy twice for separate leg issues 9 months apart. Dr. Snow was incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she did amazing work and our puppy is doing great. Yes it was expensive, that's why we got pet insurance, and I'm sure if you went to PVSEC it would cost a pretty penny as well. I'd pay it twice over knowing his outcome would be as successful as it was and knowing that everyone I've ever dealt with there (front and back office) has been nothing but spectacular.

The staff and Dr here are so kind and understanding. They helped me lay my sweet girl to rest with such grace and kindness. I highly recommend them!

What is there not to love about this place I have been bringing my pets here since I can remember. They are amazing with the pets I have brought in never rough or mean. Always treat them will love and compation. Also lots of great food, treats, pet odor candles, and many other things. I would highly recomend as I plan on bringing my pets here for the rest of there amazing life's.

Staff and doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Always great to my pets - 7 years now. Never had any issues. Convenient scheduling options. They aren't the cheapest but definitely not expensive either compared to others in the area. No weekend hours. Recommended.

PEOPLE MUST GO THERE KNOWING THAT MY CAT, ACCORDING TO MY VET, LEFT THE CAT ADOPTION CENTRE SICK. i WAS TOLD TO TALK TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY ABOUT THEIR LIABILITY WHICH IS N O N E . THE REASON FOR THIS IS BCSE WE SIGNED THAT WE WOULD LIKELY HAVE A CAT WITH URI....FOR THE LESS SOPHISTICATED, LIKE MYSELF...THAT MEANS UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACK INFECTION AS A PRECURSOR TO FELINE HERPES AND SUCH...NICE, LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL. AND OF COURSE, SHE'S WORTH THE EXTRA HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND YOU WILL PAY IT. JUST KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LIKELY IN FOR WHEN YOU WALK INTO THAT BUILDING.

we have had great results with our bichon since sept she is back to her puppy stage and we are very happy with the results she had a problem with her left leg and back the experience is great and she loves to come

About a year ago we adopted two beautiful cats Molly and Sybil who we love so much Molly just turned 8 last month and we changed Sybil’s name to Melody :) They are both doing well and keep giving us smiles I highly recommend your agency to anyone who is looking to adopt a pet Everyone in this organization is sweet nice and very professional . Excellent dining experience. I went there with my two young grandsons, one is 3 years old the other is 5 years old. The waitress was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The kids menu has lots to choose from. Both my grandson's had spaghetti and meatballs and they had a take-home box each full of leftovers! I had the homemade hamburger with brie cheese, bacon, lettuce,, and spicy mayo... It was delicious!!
