Great place for your fuel and misc sundre items. On east side of highway, has a big C-store with much to offer and attached Husky House restaurant if you prefer sit down dining instead of hitting the drive thru's. Good parking for trailers, RV's, & big rigs.

Small town airport with a paved runway. Be alert for para-sailers around the nearby peaks, and jumpers over the airport. As always consult NOTAMs and the CFS and monitor the AF. Radio comms with the RCO are spotty in this area. Nice field to land at.

They were so great. Already a long day after getting car towed into their shop. The replacement part needed wouldn’t be in for many days. I was away from home just trying to get back. They were able to get me back onto the road so I could at least get back home and then get part another day. Most shops would have simply left my car until the part arrived.
