Veterinarian

I came in Monday morning with my beloved cat who had a urinary blockage. The vet told me he needed immediate treatment or he would die. She said the minimum for treatment was a deposit of $300. I was short two hundred dollars. The vet called the owner of the clinic to ask if $100 would be OK for a first payment. He refused. They would not wait a day or two for the rest. I came up with the money today, as I told them I would, but too late. As a result my cat died tonight (Wednesday) . Money comes first for them - not life or relieving suffering. My cat suffered a lot. I have lost a good friend who could have lived another 10 years. All of this could have been avoided if they put animals first like they are supposed to.

Good place for your pet , they do toilettage also. I

Sweet and gentle. Really understand the needs of a dog.

Dr. Morin is taking care of my dog since day one and after 11yrs of good health care, I am very satisfied with his honest expertise. Had to get few diagnostic and referral for operations of my dog and always got the right diagnostic and perfect referral with reasonable cost! We need more professional like dr. Morin.

Very good service.

Disorganized is the best way to sum it up. Can't recommend. Had to rebook appointments over and over. It got to a point where my wife felt compelled to call back to confirm our follow up appointment which of course they had lost again...

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing for examinations. My cat had dental work done and prices were again v reasonable for the service provided. Space is clean and homey. They sell also vet brands for food.

My 14 year old went off his food afew weeks ago I started to notice more of a change called the vet where he had a file and they told me the vet that use to see my dog was no longer there the vet that I spoke to was so rude and didn't want to bother I told him my dog is dying he then told me to take him to the 24 hour vet hospital this service starts clocking the dollars the minute you walk through the door not a service to be used if you can't afford it. When Dr. Pillet was the owner he never turned any animal away he took care of all of my pets he was very caring vets like that you don't find anymore now I see it's a business, since Dr. Pillet sold the business I haven't seen a compassionate vet there since, when your dog is in distress and you call his vet only to be told that they can't fit him in it's sad seeing your dog slipping away in front of you, won't use this vet again, in the long run I found a mobile vet service she was caring and compassionate, I had to put my dog down

My cat was acting a little strange but mostly normal. Vet found a foreign object in his throat - the last thing I expected. I was amazed. Thank you for saving my cat!!!

Always have a good service whenever I go there. Staff are friendly and there to help and give advices. There is a good variety of dog and cat food.

Très beau très moderne, excellente équipes de vétérinaire et de techniciens en santé animale. Je vous le conseille fortement.

My family has had a few experiences with Vets in this city and never have we had as good experience as we do at this clinic! Our little poodle is now almost 17 so we have had our fair share of visits. I have to thank Dr.Mailloux for her amazing work :)

Excellent vétérinaire. Très compétent et passionné.

Very friendly environment and took good care of my pets like their own.
