Veterinarian

Not impressed about customers service..they Just try to roll a diamond on your back $$$$$$ 🤔🤔🤔

The store has very good section and great friendly service.

I've always chosen this clinic over any other but I've recently encountered some pretty bad judgement calls. I called in early and was able to book for 2 months later. I received a phone call a month later telling me they had to reschedule me for 2.5 months later (because of their (forseeable?) move). I wasn't too disappointed until I realized that they moved my appointment to the end of the line instead of moving everyone else down. They saved themselves a few extra phone calls and I had to reschedule other appointments, cancel leaves and replacements, and was not been able to get my yearly appointment on time (which affects future appointments and insurance arrangements). I was able to get in with another dentist much much earlier.

Probably the best vet and front desk experiences I have had as an animal owner, highly recommend!

I had a truly amazing experience here the other day. I gave my dog a prescribed sedative prior to travelling to Alberta and became extremely panicked by her strong and immediate reaction to it. I called the clinic and they looked at her upon an emergency examination. Dr. Stewart was very thorough and went above and beyond in making sure my dog was alright. To top it off, she didn't even charge me for the emergency visit. I'm so thankful and extremely impressed by this vet team. They truly care for you and your pets! Thanks again!!

Have gone here for years with my cats and now with our bearded dragon. Have more trust with this vet employees then I would ever with any other.

we have always been extremely satisfied with the care received

I go here to buy urinary cat food for my cat who gets urinary blockages. They always have a case of the wet cat food available, but it's in high demand so I'm usually not able to get 2 cases in one visit. The ladies at the desk are friendly, and the resident cats are so cuddly and pleasant to be around!

We had a very sick old dog and the whole staff was so nice and understanding during our hard decision and our grief. Thank you River Heights Animal Hospital

Extremely friendly and professional service. Highly recommended if you need a vet.

Awesome the vet dr narin is great with .my pet

By far the best vet I've dealt with. Between my 2 dogs I am there every month it seems. They are always nice and polite, greeting us by name and excited to see the dogs. Very accommodating to emergency cases and I always get in the same day I call, or I can drop my dog off as an emergency case .They call with updates regularly and keep me updated on any new tests needing to be done or results. Definitely recommend them and am very happy with their service!

Takes amazing care of my kitties!
