Clara is the best vet i have ever met. She is very nice and honest, make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions with good explanations you can understand perfectly and it all makes sense when she explains.
I tried a couple of vets before and I did feel they were trying to up-sell lots of things...while Clara was completely honest and helpful and really seem to care about my dog, which is the most important thing to me.
Great experience and I have the peace of mind i was looking for!

The only vet I trust with my dogs - I have had over 5 in the last 10 years. Dr Carmicheal and his staff are extremely caring individuals who only want the best for their patients. My older dog has been going here for the past 5 years and this has been the only practice where he hasn’t shown any signs of distress - previously he would have to be muzzled before any vet would go near him. Dr Carmicheal took the time to ensure my boy felt comfortable being in his presence.
The kindest thing Dr Carmicheal did for me as an owner was to allow me to hold my boy in my arms when he was sedated for a heart scan. He could see I was extremely upset by the whole situation so sedated my boy, allowed him to fall asleep in my arms and let me sit in the back room with him when the scan took place.
My newer addition is now also a patient and I could not recommend this practice enough. All the staff do it for the love of the job and the animals they treat.

Kynance Veterinary Clinic

Posh anf expensive vet clinic. Everytime you take your pet there is always different people dealing with it. Hard to get urgent appointments and you must always wait long for your turn despite of funny appointment time given: 10:55 or 2:25 etc.

Many thanks to the wonderful team!
I called my regular vet during business hours on Friday as my dog had developed a huge lump right below her eye. I wanted her checked out that day as something was wrong and very out of the ordinary. My regular vet’s office staff refused to offer an appointment until Monday! We have been a client with them for 4 years.
This clinic, who did not know us and was very busy that Friday themselves, got me an appointment. They even called to tell me I could come in earlier when they had a cancellation. The vet we saw, Dr. Odile, was thorough and patient with my skittish dog. She took one look and scheduled surgery for Monday and gave us medications to get us through the weekend.
I was impressed at how thorough all the staff was on pick up and drop off on Monday. Both times I had a consultation in the room so I knew exactly what was going to happen, the costs, the follow up care and very detailed follow up directions.
Fantastic service all around by everyone I met at this clinic! I am upset that my vet wouldn’t make time for my dog in an emergency, but very happy I found this team. Keep up the great work!
Bruce Fogle MBE, DVM, MRCVS

Maybe Mr Fogle is good in writing books but as a vet I wouldn't recommend him! He is very arrogant, unfriendly, rude. no respect for sick animals. STAY AWAY!
London Vet Clinic

i have been meaning to write a review about Mr Fogle for sometime but have had better things to do. Walking past his practice today reminded me that I must share my experiences with you.
Experience 1
Fogle advised me to change my dog food to the brand (Science Plan) he sold in his shop because my dog had an upset stomach. He actually diagnosed her with colitis. Her condition didn't improve and I had to return on several occasions for medication. Finally I decided to change her food to another brand (Lilies Kitchen) low and behold I never had another problem. Unfortunately my dog had now been suffering unnecessarily for years due to his misdiagnosis and bad advice.
Experience 2
My dog is very fury and whilst we were at the clinic for a health check if I remember asking if my dog could have a tidy and trim between her back legs. I was actually in the room during this procedure but could not see exactly what was happening due to the position my dog was in. Suddenly my dog let our a very distressing loud bark/scream. I asked if everything was okay and they reassured me it was. To be honest I wasn't sure of this as the noise from my dog was definitely an indication of severe pain but you trust these people, right? As soon as we left my dog started scooting her bum along the pavement at first I thought it was perhaps just irritated a little where she had been trimmed. She continued to do this, when we got to the park she tried to do a wee she let out a another distressing bark/scream, you could see on her face that she was in pain and didn't know what to do with herself. When I got home I examined her to find that they had cut off a layer of skin right on the tip of her daisy, it was red raw. I contacted the clinic straight away and they told me it was shaving rash! I sent them images of shaving rash examples on a dog which was obviously nothing like the injury they had caused. Now I'm a fair man and realise that accidents do happen but what they did by trying to cover it up is unforgivable. The staff were all in cahoots with Fogle in a desperate attempt to cover up what had happened. My dog was uncomfortable for over a week and crying when she had to dog wee. Fogle finally conceded after me having to force the issue and offered me a packet of treats as compensation.
Experience 3
I woke up one morning to find my dog looking poorly and staying in her basket so I took her straight to the clinic where she was examined by Fogle. He basically diagnosed her as possibly having anything thing from a broken spine to organ failure and said she would need to stay in over night for tests. I was worried sick and spent the whole day not knowing what to do with myself. Then I got a late afternoon phone call from the clinic saying I could come and pick her up. When I got there I was told it was nothing that Fogle had said in fact it was trapped wind! Fogle wanted to charge me £400.00 to tell me this. I actually checked this issue online and it's not an uncommon problem, one of which Fogle would have come across before. Instead he saw this as an opportunity to take as much money from me as possible. For me this was the final straw I didn't pay him and he never challenged me which tells it's own story.
To make matters even worse when I tried to move to another vet Fogle had written on my notes that I tried to avoid paying him and the vet would not take me on his books for that reason. Thankfully I have found another vet who so far has been great.
If you like being lead up the garden path, being lied to, having your pet misdiagnosed at every opportunity and have money to burn. Fogle fits the bill perfectly.
