Our first trip to the vet was great. The staff was helpful, friendly and very informative and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning!

Don't go here! I currently go to Cataroqui/Amherstview Pet Hospital and am leaving. We have had bad experiences with Dr. Keller and Dr. Cote. Dr. Keller yelled at my mother because we wouldn't put our cat down but wanted to try a treatment option first. Dr. Cote bullies me and treats me like an idiot. She has told me on numerous occasions that my dog will die and it will be my fault because I didn't get her spayed even though I haven't been able to get her spayed yet because her heat cycle is too frequent. She wouldn't take my concerns seriously and instead of checking my animal over she just told me about all the dogs that die of pyometras even though my dog doesn't have a pyometra! Don't go to Cataroqui Pet Hospital or Amherstview Pet Hospital!

Our cats have all received wonderful care at Princess Animal Hospital. All of the veterinarians and vet techs are friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what is needed and follow-up by phone or email. Dr. Ouellet has also followed up with specialists when required and passed along that information to us. As a (human) health care professional, I greatly appreciate their expertise and the care they provide.

Arlington Park Veterinary Services facility is dedicated to helping animals recover from their disabilities. Stanley, our yellow lab, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia when he was young and has gone through several surgeries, having considerable mobility issues. After being recommended to Dr. White's care and rehabilitation clinic, we immediately started on a structured treatment of laser therapy and water treadmill sessions. Coupled with other treatments, Stanley was able to walk on all four legs, again. More recently, Stanley has slowed down as age catches up to him and Dr. White has kept up with the changes in his mobility ensuring the quality of his life in his senior years. The time and effort to listen, record, and work with other clinics to find the best course for your pet, demonstrates the dedication the staff has to giving your pet the best possible life with the least amount of discomfort. I give my highest recommendation and thank the staff for their dedication in giving our dog a better life.

While it took a while to get our pet seen during a holiday, the staff gave us their full attention and made us feel welcome. Our pet was diagnosed and treated efficiently and with tender care. She's on the mend and should be all better within a month!

Dr. Farooq took great care of our Pug who was suffering from congestive heart failure. We had an appointment to euthanize the dog on June 29th, but the dog's quality of life started to deteriorate quickly. The Hospital got him in today for 12:00pm. Dr. Farooq explained the procedure and what to expect. He showed care and compassion for Frank ( Pug ) and us. His assistant was equally compassionate and loving as Frank fell into his forever sleep. Thank you SO much Dr. Farooq for making Frank's final moments comfortable and peaceful!
