Veterinarian

Excellent veterinary hospital with reasonable rates. You always get to see the vet right on time everytime. This business is technologically advanced compared to other places I have been before. They provide their customer with email or SMS reminder as well as electronic appointment confirmation. Theur specialized food service is also on point. When I ordered food they had it in within 2 days. I would strongly recommend you go there for your pet needs. I especially like the cat that always sleeps in the basket at the reception. Thank you for your great service tuxedo animal hospital.

Dr. Steuart is the best! Amazing!

Thanks to all the staff for making a very difficult day easier. Making the choice to euthanize your aging, declining pet is very heart-wrenching and there was no judgement, only sympathy & caring. My cat was having a particularly bad week & the appointment was moved up on an emergency basis without complaint, even though we had never visited the clinic before. I will gladly recommend this vet hospital to other friends & family.

Dr. Hirkewal helped us when we unknowingly adopted a VERY VERY sick cat from Winnipeg Pet Rescue, when the sickness spread to our other 2 cats and every sniffle, upset tummy and goopy eye since. We love his straight forward approach and the warmth and care we always get from each member of the staff. Thank you.

Went for a nail trim for dogs and was told price was 21.50.After the first dog came out, they told me it is now 30$ for the nail trim because they were difficult. Then they tell me that they only did the front paws because the back paws were not needed? Stay away from here! Prices are never what was advised.

Always an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that obviously care about animals and do not push unnecessary drugs or procedures. I strongly recommend this place since every time I leave, I sincerely feel like my dog has just received the best care possible.

They are timely and prompt. The veterinarians I've had experienced all have great bedside manners. My pup doesn't mind going to the vet at all. I would recommend them.

Always taken great care of our Golden Retriever.

Been with for 6 years. They have become friends

Friendly and professional. Great advice given.

We had an emergency situation with our cat and had to scramble to find a vet near our house. We ended up going to Catrysse and unfortunately our cat had to be put down. But what was a horrible situation was made bearable by Dr. Noel and the wonderful staff. Even though we had never been there before they treated us with care and compassion. We even received a card from them in the mail expressing their condolences. I'd definitely recommend this vet clinic and will likely switch over to them in the future.

No updates for regular patients on move or letting them know when appts are needed? I loved going here but my dog is my life and I keep all his shots and paperwork organized on my end. But you guys have made it hard on me not keeping me reminded and sometimes not giving me correct paperwork with whats been done each time.

Great Doctor and customer service! The doctor always checks our dog very carefully and with a lot of attention to details! he is very informative and caring! a little pricey but definitely less than other clinics.Been going here for 3 years now and very happy!
