Went for the first time ever with my pekonese mix dog. They professionally suggest me the "healthiest" way to shave him for the summer. The groomer achieve a wonderful job in spite of the fact that he has a lot of knots on his rear end. He really hates to be groomed so it was a long and hard work to do for her. Actually the final effect couldn't has been better! Also the price was fair. So two thumbs up 👍👍

My family has come to this office for years, spending thousands of dollars. I brought a litter of 3 puppies to have a exam and get their first shots. They mom is a patient as well, however I paid $54 a puppy to get a shot and deworming. It’s now time for the second shot and I was told it will be $74 this time. I asked why? The manager told me because the other doctor I seen is retiring and I will not see him. She stated a new doctor is there and that they will be charged another exam and because this doctor charges more money. I have called 5 other vets and was quoted $30 per pup. They are price gouging and the care I received the first visit was not the best. They told me a puppy was sick only by looking at him. Didn’t tell me why they thought he was sick. Yet, they want $70 a puppy and then when I told them how I felt the manager tried offering me the same price of $54 to be seen today. I canceled my appointment and will go somewhere professional and knowledgeable. I just want my babies to be healthy. This place is about money not these family pets that we love as our family.

We brought our dog to be put down and the staff was incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate towards us and our dog. Merci à vous tous!

Have to say that the Campus is quite nice. Tour guide was super friendly and helpful too.

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Our cat was dying on our living room floor and when we called frantic and panicking at the outrageous price, they took to the offense and hung up on me twice then spoke to the male supervisor who would not name himself and was just as or if not more ignorant then the staff answering the phones. We simply wanted a more affordable solution which they did nothing to help with and told us we wouldn't get it cheaper anywhere else..(Their price: 500-600$) compared to what we paid ($80) at the most compassionate establishment ever. Goes to show they do not care about your animals but rather the amount of money your willing to spend on them. They even went as far as to deny all our animals any medical attention after 2 1/2 years of loyalty towards them but this did not matter. Nor did they show any understanding for our frantic state as we watched our beloved family member of 15 years suffering instead took it as an insult towards them and denied us.

Worst vet ever, not sure how’s he’s still practicing! Took my dog here worst experience ever, I could go on and on of the misdiagnosis of my dog, just glad I switched vets. I wouldn’t even take a worm here!!!! Do not trust your fur babies to this Dr

Over the past 10 years I've taken my 2, older, rescue cats (I've had them both since they were kittens) to numerous vets & have literally spent thousands of dollars just to have them get worse than they were before.. So, by the time we got to Dr. Butler, I was more than a little worried & super frustrated with my failure to get them good medical care-- but Dr. Butler's experience, care & expertise completely restored my faith in (& respect for) veterinary medicine. First impressions were excellent. Making an appointment was quick & easy, and the clinic itself is easy to get to, comfortable and very clean. The care provided is outstanding! Dr. Butler is warm, friendly, professional & extremely competent, and her knowledge & expertise are beyond refreshing and so easily shared! Rarely have I come across a professional who not only has such valuable owner information, but shares it freely in a way that's easy to understand. (I learned more about allergies & asthma in cats in 2 visits than I have in several years.) The best part about having Dr. Butler as a vet is that my boys are actually feeling better!! For the first time in years, they're looking & feeling healthier again.. which means I get to worry a lot less & enjoy caring for them and my time with them a lot more. :) Prices are great, (especially when you consider how she did more for my cats in 1 visit than the previous 10 at other vets) and my only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. If you're like me and want the best possible care for your furry family members, I highly recommend Dr. Butler at Vanier Animal Hospital-- she is absolutely amazing!

I highly recommend the Beachwood hospital. They take very good care of by 2 year old dog. They are gentle and professional.

The staff at the VSCAN Veterinary Imaging Center are truly wonderful. Our dog suffered from clustered seizures. Today Bella is doing great thanks to Dr. Philip Jull and his extraordinary team : Alison, Erik, Hayley, Shannon, Dana. Two vet clinics, which we visited in the past, strongly recommended Dr.Jull and VSCAN. We are impressed by the professionalism and the loving care of the team. After MRI, sample collection, analysis, and treatment we are happy to share results which exceeded any expectations. Thank you all very much!
