Unfortunately this was an end of life experience so wasn't a positive one in visit nature but we were treated very well the staff was very compassionate and patient

Service was amazing. Dr. Parker takes good care of my dog. She is very accommodating and gives us quote for all her recommendations. In addition, the ladies at the front are always welcoming. We go there everytime my dog is sick and will go again for my dog's vaccination.

I had been searching for a cat-friendly mobile grooming service in Ottawa because I did not want to put my kitty Potter through all of the stress of driving a long distance and dropping him off somewhere he is unfamiliar with... One of the first businesses I saw offer that service was Purrdy Paws so I decided to give them a shot! The ladies showed up with their van parked right outside of my house and Potter was clean and ready to go within 30 minutes. My precious boy looks great and smells fantastic! Not to mention the ladies were super friendly and insightful — they definitely know what they are doing. I definitely recommend Purrdy Paws to all fellow cat owners and I will most definitely be using their services again.

Our dog was having some stomach issues and when we called they gave us an appointment right away. The vet assistants were so friendly and amazing with our pooch and the vet took his time and made sure the pooch was good to go when we left. Two thumbs up
