This is a picturesque parcel of land with an older manor home that has been converted to a showroom for small events during the year, such as christmas, summer and hobby bazaars. It is also a quiet place to take a short walk or sit down by the waterfront. Pritty.

Uncommonly kind owners. Has yurts and tent sites. Also has a place for a big campfire. On a stream. Full, clean bathroom with plugs (but plugs only work 15 min after you turn the lights off) and separate shower rooms. Also has a laundry room. The owner, Hilary, brought me cupcakes she baked that day. $20/night for a tent.

The Valcour Inn and Boathouse is a beatiful wedding and event venue on the shores of Lake Champlain. It is the perfect setting for the couple looking to have a serene wedding in the perfect setting. Saying your vows with a sweet breeze off the waters to Cocktail hour on the lawn then dancing the night away in the historic boathouse.
