Have had the pleasure of attending a few meetings at this very unique venue and I must say its one of the best event spaces in the city. Proffesional staff, great food and exceptional IT/AV service.

We celebrated our nephew's wedding here and although the weather let us down, we had the best time at Dashwood Gardens. Everything was very well organized and the dinner in the large outdoor tent was great. Very nice barn for the ceremony and the dance. If you're looking for a rustic, outdoor wedding, this is the place.

Had an amazing experience at the White Carnation banquet hall. Many times restaurants in the country are somewhat disappointing but not this one! I must say the buffet is up there with the Toronto buffet venues. Meal was delicious and selection of food didn’t disappoint. Fresh and yummy food! Hope to see more places like that!

High end dining experience. Excellent food and presentation. The aged hotel in the quaint town adds to the experience. I strongly recommend The Little Inn for "that special occasion."

After one meeting with Martti Pajunen, we knew we were in good hands. Martti was timely, organized, genuine, funny—everything you could want from an officiant. He made us feel as though he already knew us, and took care to learn about us and our wedding party and relatives. He thought of all the details so we wouldn't have to, and he made sure we had everything we needed in order on the day of. Many people commented on the quality of our officiant, and we couldn't agree with them more. My husband and I came across Rural Roots when simply Googling caterers in the Orangeville/Caledon area shortly after we got engaged last July. We connected with Chris and at the time had no idea that we were in the best hands possible! We honestly could not have chosen a better caterer! We got married in a barn with no kitchen, no running water and limited electricity. Chris and his team not only served 150+ people a plated meal but also provided bartenders, servers for cocktail hour and all the necessary staff to clear the tables and clean up at the end of the night! We received endless compliments on the food and people still continue to ask for the soup recipe! The day of went off with not a single issue and we are so thankful! I also should mention the communication leading up to the wedding, it was so helpful and always reassuring. Any time I had a question or was panicking about little details Chris would have a solution. He made it seem easy and that is exactly how the night went! The biggest things for me when planning our wedding were price, quality and effective communication, I would rate Rural Roots Catering a solid 5 star in each category! For anyone looking, look no further, Rural Roots is amazing…and order the soup!!

We hold a fundraiser event at La Maquette for our charitable organization, everything was perfect, from food to staff. Angel and all the staff there was so helpful to us and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Organization was on point. The food tasted great and everyone attended our event complimented the venue. I would 100% recommend this venue. We had a very successful event because of their help.

Very spacious and very central ! Good for medium sized receptions.

My company uses St. James Cathedral meeting venue quite often. It is at a very convenient walking distance. The meeting rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.
