We hired Jamie for our wedding in August 2017. Jamie was very friendly, responsive and organised from the initial contact all the way to receiving our photos. He did a great job capturing the family portrait shots quickly and was very polite yet efficient with getting guests set up for the shots. He took us to many different locations in the hour we had for our bride and groom portraits which gave us a range of different backdrops to choose from. He put us at ease and captured us quite well considering neither of us are very comfortable in front of a camera. I particularly liked the candid shots he got during the ceremony and the ones during our speeches. The speech photos tell a great story and is a wonderful additions to our package. Jamie was a true professional the entire day and was very good at capturing the moments without being obtrusive. Half the time I didn't even notice he was there taking the photos! We received the link to our photos before we even got back from our week long honeymoon! I believe he said he would have them ready within 2 weeks so he definitely stuck to his word! We had looked at many option for photography and Jamie was by far the best value for money. Initially before deciding we were slightly put off by his pricing as it was SO reasonable in comparison to others that we wondered if there was a reason for it but we couldn't not be happier with our choice and if we had to do it all again we will pick him again in a heartbeat!

I Was here for a wedding and was stunned at how beautiful the venue was. It definitely suited the bride and groom very well. The food is not the greatest and I found out later the couple couldn't choose the menu.

Sunday Service they sing most of the prayers. What a great experience. to sing through the service. I recommend experiencing it.

Hubby & I stayed in the Aspen Treehouse and it was fantastic! Such a beautiful cabin and the surroundings are amazing. We will be going back soon to stay the weekend in Birchside Cottage & can't wait :)

It's been perfect day for horse riding. Ranch was clean and nice, horses (mine was Nakoda) well taken care of, views absolutely breathtaking. The only thing was...no one provided us with helmets. Not sure why.

I love the smell of campfire as you pull up to the property. The property has been renovated and is so great now! Definitely needed the update and refresh. The rooms are nice, the restaurants are great, and love that there is a cafe/market (can grab sandwiches, snacks, salads, coffee). Lots of areas to sit around and lounge. The lobby bar is fantastic and they have the BEST homemade potato chips. I have not been to the new Nordic Spa yet, but heard it’s amazing and gets quite busy now. So if you want a massage during your stay, book at least a month in advance. The only con is the air conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms and could get quite hot in there.

A beautiful place for any occasion. I went to a wedding here and it was beautiful. Outside of the hall is a huge field that is great for camping. It is just a few minutes out of rocky mountain house. The hall itself has a kitchen and a fairly large dining space. The bathrooms were nice but had plumbing issues, the staff was quick to call a plumber though! Definatly reccomend.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Banff with a car. Nice and clean with attractive and contemporary decor, full kitchen and access to shared grills outside, and most importantly to me as someone with sciatica that is easily aggravated by bad furniture, a very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Had our wedding there in June. Paid a lot of money for it. The buffet was put away before all our guests had eaten; had to ask for the meat which we paid for. Cabins were disgustingly dirty with mouse droppings all over, holes big enough to let squirrels in. Only 2 good things I can say is the lady that set up for us was awesome and steaks were very good. Midnight lunch had soggy and partially frozen buns. The manager was totally rude and obnoxious. Don't waste your time or money visiting this place. Take time on Trip advisor to read manager Mel's response to negative feedback. He makes very rude comments about the person writing the review calls people idiots and trash. Very unprofessional!

We chose our elopement location based on Darren’s incredible work. He was professional and friendly from the first day of communication and helped us prepare for our day which was especially helpful coming from the States. It ended up raining on our day with Darren but he was fully equipped and game to get down and dirty all day with us- and he fully embraced it all! Darren went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and our pictures turned out incredible.

fantastic, experienced photographer. we had acquired Eric's services for engagement photography in lake louise and could not be more happy with the experience as well as pictures. he takes his time to understand your needs, carefully picks the right moments to take the foto and makes it natural. Eric provides a nicely presented USB key with high-res pictures after the event.
