The best lake around for fishing, The most romantic rustic cabins , Great personal service from staff (Anne) and so close to Vancouver, not sure what we are missing here I give them a five star all day long, we will be back often, Cheers and Happy fishing

Great for photography club meetings

The "Mighty Fraser River " is in my hometown. Very beautifully situated in the Fraser Valley and Canyon onward north and also through many rural and urban communities throughout its entirety. There is lots of historical facts about this river including the Gold Rush era in and around the river areas. I live in Hope and it is "OUR" River and lots of beauty surrounds it. Excellent salmon fishing as well. And lots of Indigenous and First Settlers and Chinese contributions to the railway history throughout the entire. Definitely a excellent idea to make your plans for a day trip or next camping trip for the family. Lots to do including White Water Rafting , kayaking, canoeing etc. Also lots of places to swim and take a dip in the hot summer season. And you don't want to miss experiencing "Hell's Gate " which is breathtaking. Situated in Boston Bar! But wherever you go on the Mighty Fraser River you will be assured of having an exciting experience wherever you go. And don't forget to bring your camera to get lots of exciting photos of your experiences! Definitely much more than this to do by just contacting the local city or town's tourist information that you plan to visit! Have a wonderful time on the "Mighty Fraser River "!😃

My wife and I got married at Manning. Something we so long dreamed of doing. Our experience was nothing less than phenomenal. The staff, wedding coordinators, reception staff, on site employees, everyone was outstanding in their duties as making our day feel special. They have a friendliness about them that is natural, professional and shows utmost care. They work hard to create an experience for you and your guests. Leading up to the event Gordon and Shenae took care of us and answered all of our questions leading up to the big day. They were organized and prompt and on the ball no matter our request big or small. Kevin took care of us like his good friends and was behind the scenes doing everything with a stealthiness that could only be compared to a stealth fighter jet. If you want a genuine wedding experience, a relaxing time, at a beautiful outside resort, consider Manning Park as your best option.

I used to love this place when it was on 99 Ave. Now, it's highly inconvenient to drop in to do a quick pickup. It's nice to order and they have free delivery but it's frustrating to call and order as you need the exact order number and even then you end up with the wrong thing. Lately it seems they've had a lot of staff turnover and every time I call I end up with a new person who doesn't know how to work the system. Very frustrating.

Was referred to Arcada Rentals/A and B photo by The Hills Health Ranch where we are holding our wedding reception in August. Started contacting this company in February re: renting chair covers for our reception. Each of the four times I called, I was advised that Allan took care of wedding rentals and he would get back to me. Never received a single call back, hence my four attempts to call. There are not a lot of options for these types of wedding rentals in 100 Mile House, in fact, this company is the only option so I was persistent in my attempts to follow up. I then received one call back from April in mid-March confirming the date of our wedding, how many chair covers, and what colour. She said that they would speak with their supplier and get it arranged. This past Saturday, April 4, we were in 100 Mile House making a few other wedding arrangements and stopped in A and B Photo to introduce ourselves and confirm the seat cover booking. We were greeted by a young lady who advised she didn't handle any of that, Allan did. She was trying to call Allan for us, when he then walked through the door. Imagine our shock when he proceeded to tell us that he had no chair covers to rent us for our wedding as he had rented them all out to a much larger wedding. He continued by saying that he hadn't been avoiding my calls, and that they had just gotten the deposit for the big wedding ten days ago!!! I had been calling for two months to make arrangements. The chair covers could have been rented to us long before this "big wedding." Allan said he was sorry and then said that he thought The Hills has their own chair covers. They do not and have done several previous events with Arcada, hence the referral. His next suggestion was just to rent from another company in Kamloops and they would just "throw the chair covers on the bus." Kamloops is 2 hours away and no, it's not that simple to have them shipped. Allan and his inconsiderate actions have now created enormous difficulty for us for our wedding, especially considering the very tight timeline that we are now left with to try and make alternative arrangements.
