Very clean B&B. The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and they are willing to adjust it if you have specific dietary needs. The views from the property are fantastic. Centrally located between the mountain and the town. Trails are accessable from the property. Recommended of you want to go trail running without necessarily getting in the car.

Uncommonly kind owners. Has yurts and tent sites. Also has a place for a big campfire. On a stream. Full, clean bathroom with plugs (but plugs only work 15 min after you turn the lights off) and separate shower rooms. Also has a laundry room.
The owner, Hilary, brought me cupcakes she baked that day.
$20/night for a tent.

Phineas Swan serves breakfast to the public. We won a breakfast through a silent auction so we have not stayed there YET. We made reservations as requested and were warmly greeted. Our breakfast consisted of stuffed blackberry French toast served with ample Vermont Maple Syrup. We were invited to tour the grounds with our Yellow Lab named Mia. After a relaxing walk by the Trout River, we decided that we will be back for a weekend stay.
