My soon to be wife and I were looking for an Arbor for our backyard wedding. We stopped by Lawson to see the plastic Arbor's they had in front. They were not what we were looking for, but we met with Ren and Courtney and they said they would be able to make a custom made one for us. From start to finish, we couldn't have been happier with the service. We had it delivered today and it was perfect. We will for sure be using them for our kitchen renovation in the future and I would have no issue recommending them to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, and quality conscience folk. We recently had a new sliding door and a large window installed during our renovation by Windowguard Canada. They were extremely professional and did what others told us we could not do. They were on time and cleaned up after the installation. We found there prices to be very reasonable and would highly recommend them to others. Expensive quote but matched competitors price. Arrived on time but took 3 hours to replace windshield after saying it would take 1 hour. It was raining so asked to take my car to car wash to make sure it was dry. He was gone for 2.5 hours. There were pieces of glass in my heater, my wipers installed backwards, stains on my seat, and seal glue on the glass. He then made a comment saying he had been out here so long he wanted to stay for dinner; creepy since he knew I, a female, was home alone during the day. Company name, website, details, bill ALL had different company names (some that have gone bankrupt). Overall not impressed, and will NEVER recommend.

I don't think I have ever had worse customer service ever!!! They won't deal with my warranty with them because it is not a customer based business any more! NO kidding!
