Towards the end of extensive renos in our home in the Beaches, I needed to source new window coverings for the majority of our windows. I prefer to support local businesses and I had heard good things about Night and Day so I went to the showroom on Kingston Road. Jenn helped familiarize me with the features, functions, pros and cons of each of the styles available. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She set up a home consultation with a designer for a few days later. Laura came to our house which was a construction zone and showed me numerous fabric samples for the blind style I had chosen, in various shades and also degree of opacity. She shared her experiences and recommendation based on the look and functionality I was trying to achieve. She then measured all the windows in question and provided a quote a couple days later. Laura was so great to work with and her suggestions were spot on. We went back and forth a few times on the quote as we included automation on some windows but not all. The owner, Ana, also provided a discount which we greatly appreciated as it allowed us to include a bit more automation and stay in our budget. Our timeline was tight but Night and Day managed to pull it off and our beautiful blinds were installed in time for Christmas when we moved back into our home. Mark, the installer was kind, professional and incredibly fast. He also took the time to set up and fully demo the automation including helping me with trouble-shooting scenarios. We could not be happier with the whole experience – and the windows look stunning! I would not work with anyone else for window covering in the future and recommend Night and Day without reservation.

Had a great experince for my first two cars, but they changed owners or something. Got my 3rd car one done thinking it would be the same quality, but prices were higher than what advertised and poor customer service. Tint had some bubbles and they said "it would go away after it cures" which they did not. Would rather pay a bit more and get it done somewhere else.

Lovely blinds now hang in our new home, as well as the place we just recently sold. Lyle was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as were the two people who came to install the blinds. Great service overall - thanks for everything!

Clera replaced all of the windows on our new home and was really thrilled with their effort to ensure everything was perfect from sizing to installation. Made a huge difference on the look of our house! They also quoted us about 20% lower than anywhere else we shopped around...

Rough Quality and Zero Curtosy I never write reviews but i just cant let this one go. We purchased windows for our addition dating back 1yr and a half now. We were very disappointed in the products that we purchased and the way our situation was handled. As you can tell from the pictures our issue lies with the condition of the rough casings. We were told that the windows must have been soaked before installation but they were delivered and placed within the home by their own delivery team. After that wasnt the problem it was turned to the painters fault to much water in paint ect.. The picture clearly shows pitting and theres also one panel that is half rough and half smooth. After months of the run around i gave up only to repeatedly hear the ad on the radio about quality for x amount of years blah blah. The last photo is of the trim turkstra installed and was painted by the same material. Thanks turkstra for the professional job. My 2 star goes to the sales rep who felt horrible about the situation great guy.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bruce from Door and Window Man. He was patient answering all my questions and his crew did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

Good overall work. Florian is helpful and experienced. Takes forever to receive a response. Must contact them for follow ups. Very difficult to get them to repair manufacturer defects or issues that arise in due course.

Very fast and professional installation. They took the time to explain the functioning of our new windows, screen removal and maintenance.

If you want good quality, fantastic customer service from going into their showroom and chatting with Beatrice who is very very knowledgable and helpful, to meeting Harold who came to see our old windows and gave us an estimate and basically knew what we were looking for and to have the pleasure of having his brother Roy and his son Alex come and get rid of our old nasty windows and put in energy saving, brand spanking new beautiful windows (have 2 windows done for the front of our house, 1 bay window which finally looks amazing and one side window that was done poorly before we moved in and cracked during the winter time!) I wanted to get exceptional windows that would stop my heating to go out and heat up my porch every year and my $$$$ was literally going our my front windows!!!! and to have re-sale value on my property one day! I be honest I didn't even compare pricing with other window business, my gut and all the other exceptional reviews about Gator Windows plus meeting almost all of the family members was the RIGHT DECISION! in the future i will definitely be calling them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house! NO fuss no muss, straightforward , honest and professional service! The price we pay for the 2 windows is matched with the prompt and professional installation service by both Roy and his son Alex! they were quiet, pleasant, friendly, made sure our furniture , paintings close to my 2 windows were covered up, my floor was covered up where they were working at and they also cleaned up after they were done...they were fast, I am still blown away plus it is cold outside! and i was not cold at all because again they worked fast! exceptional fantastic family run business and let me just say every person I met knows their job exceptionally well! Look no further just go into their showroom and you will see what I mean! I always believe great customer service from the first point of contact is very important in making my decisions to go with a company to fix anything in my house. btw I just had both my windows replaced yesterday! I love it!!! I am so ready for the HOliday season!!! yay!! Merry Christmas I have the GATOR effect as ALex puts it! THanks again ROy and Alex the entire family is AWESOME!!!

Quality windows and great customer service. I called them for a quote on 3 windows, they accommodated an appointment at my schedule, and went through all the available options for our house and budget. Installer came and was very professional. I will definitely be calling them again for more work.

Just had our front windows replaced. They are beautiful! John and his crew came in and did a really nice clean job. What a difference energy windows make! They've been in business a long time and you can tell they know what they are doing. I would totally recommend them to family and friends.
