Van at ProMark windows came to us from a recommendation - couldn't be more impressed with service and product. It would be easy quote a job and move on but Van took a sincere interest in some of our other window issues and found a solution for us outside of his scope. Needless to say we will continue to recommend and use ProMark Window and film!

We have been dealing with Wardell's since 1983. The great thing about dealing with them, you have an issue with their products they service them all. When their staff come out they are well trained and they tell you what's the best for the equipment. Fix it or scrap it. They also remove the old equipment that's being replaced.

Thanks for replacing my window glass. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.

I have a basement window caused leaking, Glass Doctor Kitchener came about 4 times with professional judgement to do caulking instead of replacement and fixed with due diligence.

Had to replace the windshield on my new CRV due to a large crack that formed after the ice storm. They looked after arrangements with insurance and were able to do the installation quickly. Very satisfied with the service and warranty.

We ordered and received three sets of doors with sidelites and a storm door four years ago. We had numerous problems initially with the screen door and the glass insert had to be re-manufactured. The screen also had to be resized. Then we had trouble with glass in 2 of the sidelites as the rubber seals started to move outside their position. The first winter, the glass moveable insert in one door leaked resulting in a buildup of humidity inside. They replaced that window. For the first six months the one door was very hard to close. The bottom seal was rubbing on the doorstep. Now that that seal has fallen off it works fine but I doubt it keeps out the cold. Most recently the screen that covers that window has jammed in it's tracks. We are unable to clean the glass behind that screen. Southfield suggested we force it open with a screwdriver. We did that and in the process broke a clip below the window. We are afraid of doing further damage.

Fast and friendly

I stopped by to see if I could pick up replacement window gearboxes for ones that were broken when I bought my house. They had the parts in stock (cheaper than I expected) and were very helpful - offered me lots of tips for replacing them easily, tips for cleaning to keep them working smoothly, and even described how to do a more complex repair myself on one of my windows. I can't comment on installation, but in terms of "supply" of parts and knowledge they were excellent.

I love this little flower shop! I can stop in for a special gift or just something little to brighten my spirits and there's always the perfect flower available! The owner has a gift for making the ordinary extraordinary, and she'll brighten your day just as much as the flowers do!
