Craig and his team are always friendly and helpful. The service is always timely and well done. I’ve always been able to trust that what they say needs done is true not some added in bull. They are honestly the best repair shop I’ve dealt with in Eugene. Sorry to say but as a woman I don’t always get the respect I’m given by Craig and his team. I’ve used them for well over a decade. Best in town.

NOT A/C SPECIALISTS Took a 2005 Astro van into Jacksons auto in July of 2023 with 153K miles on it. A/C had worked up till then. They charged me $550 and it lasted till next spring. Took it back and they charged me $955 and it lasted till the following spring. Went in this July and they wanted $3250 to fix it. I seemed to have 3 parts that needed to be changed. Cost for parts $125 off the street. They said that they could sharpen there pencil and do it for $2550. I smell a rat here. Needless to say they are not the A/C specialists they are supposed to be. BEWARE!!!

TK service sucked. 6 hours to work on tripac, got back to the TA and ac wasnt working. Back up here going on 2+ hours now...

(Update) honest one has reached out to me after my review. They have stepped up and taken care of me. They have gone above and beyond then what I expected. I took my truck here after replacing my rack and pinion. The guy the doing the alignment came from the shop mad as hell saying it's going to have to be an other day because he was having a bad day. The guy at the counter told me my truck was good to go. I drove it back to sandy. My truck was all over the road. The steering wheel was off by a lot. I called them back and they said bring it in and we will fix everything. So I brought it in and waited 20 mins for the guy to come tell me his lift was broke and they couldn't do that day. And that they call me when it was fixed. 3 weeks later I get a call saying that they couldn't do it because of play in my steering wheel. I check it and there isn't any play. I told the guy I checked it was all good. He told me that they couldn't do it because it's not a OEM rack and pinion. So now my truck is still not fixed and I have to call and hope they fix it. Or give me the money back or something. They don't seem to be honest to me

My old van died on the road. The next day I had Ron's tow it and do extensive repairs to my timing system. They did their best to keep the costs down. 700$ later ( cheap for the amount of work they put in) it runs better than ever. I will definitely be taking all my business to Ron's first!
