Oh my goodness, I've been so grateful for Turnkey Auto! They've been so wonderful, from giving me rides home to actually helpful advice for my car and getting me in at times that work for me! Bobbi and Annie even gave me crackers when I came in and started feeling a little sick from my supplements. These are wonderful, quality people that you won't go wrong with! Had a jake issue with my old 14ltr pre egr detroit, Adam and his Techs took the time to not only fix the problem but also clean up some loose ends that this winters salt solution had caused with wireing connections. Great group of guys and very knowledgible on big trucks. Thanks Guys I will be back when i am in the SLC area. Greg

No tools. No lights. Amazing website but that's it. Could maybe get a lightbulb replaced.

I've read many of the same stories as ours in these reviews. This place is terrible! Save yourself some pain and suffering and go somewhere else. They told us Feb 12 to bring it in and they'd have it done by end of week and quoted $6500. We didn't hear back for 10 days and even then it was not done. They stated were needed a new case because ours was cracked but it would be done in 2 days. Now price is up to $8300. 2 weeks later truck was finally done only to get it home with two transmission leaks. Took it back in 9 days later they tell us its good. We pick it up only to have it break down before were got it home!! That was 13 days ago and still haven't heard anything. No answer, no machine to leave messages, no updates.... today is April 9 and still no truck. haven't spoken to them since the 4th, they told us they'd call with an update, still nothing. Fast, efficient, got me right in. Squeezed me in to get me back rolling. (electrical short in the headlights/turn signal harness) Squeezed me in @ 4:40 pm with a winter storm coming in. =)
