Automotive Repair

Friendly, professoinal, had an oil change and tire change at this location, their service exceeded my expectations.

Horrible experience, Very dishonest business do not call these people you’re better off just walking then letting them fix your vehicle. They quote flat $100 hour then when the bill is done at on $150 “lap top fees” that were never mentioned! Then when you ask about it they say they will pull parts off your truck and then proceed to hold it hostage until you pay the bill. Basically get ready for $250 an hour and horrible customer service.

FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED=GREAT SHOP TO GET ALL YOUR REPAIRS DONE,

This is a great place!!!

Great service

Integrity and honesty, can’t ask for more in a repair shop. Cecil and his crew will always be my first call!!

If you need a repair, go here. Lowest prices, repairs done right, and the owner is honest. He has done around 6 major repairs for our family over the past few years, and my neighbor now uses him too. He charges much less per hour than the other muffler show in town, and he guarantees the work and parts. He will talk to you, and explain what you need to do immediately, and not try to "fear-sale" you a repair that is not needed.

Bought a car from their "car lot" and had the worst experience EVER ! Took them 5 months to switch the car over in my name , never did they call and keep me updated I would have to call them to see what was going on and every time I called the woman was very rude and unprofessional !! I finally got fed up with the excuses as to why they didn't have my plates yet and told them I was bringing the car back , surprisingly they went and got it switched over THAT DAY ! I asked them to mail my plates and registration sticker and I still have not received them. Never ever will I recommend anyone to them nor go back to them !!

Great service. They are honest and straight forward.

We had to use roadside assistance when the Uhaul we used to move here wouldn't start. R&R was out at our place within 1 hour. Mathew came out and was very friendly and helpful. His customer service is spot on and we could tell he loves what he does even on a Sunday morning. Thank you again for your quick service and your extra help!

Excellent customer service! First time there and was very happy with their services. Certainly earned my business and will recommend to any and all!

Great Staff with amazing customer service!! They have a real passion for what they do ! You will not be disappointed here.

Edit: Why I gave them 5 stars. Hello, Service First is now my go to shop for all our vehicles maintenance needs. And I will tell you why, (caution: long read) I religiously bring my wife's car to the dealer's shop, every time, all the oil change and maintenance check are all performed by them. And the last time I brought it there, they told me that they would need to charge me an additional $500 to check a massive oil leak on the engine, that is on top my bill and any items that may need to be replaced from the result of the pressure test. According to them, they discovered a massive leak while performing an oil change. I didn't buy it, I told them finish the oil change, which they did, and I'll have the car check else where. I brought the car to Service First (Louetta cor Ella St.) and was assisted by Mr. Alex Torres he was very helpful, I noticed that they are not fond of using any pretentious words that will/might confuse you, unlike any other shop. Anyhow, I relayed to him what exactly the dealership told me, then he thoroughly explained to me what needs to be done. They cleaned the underside of the car to trace/asses any leaks. They even send pictures of the before, during and after their testing, which I really appreciate. Then, after thoroughly cleaning it and performing a series of test, it turns out, there were no leaks at all! He told me that they cannot find any leak source that can cause the engine oil to leak. He even told me to go back at their shop if I noticed otherwise. Now I am thinking, probably someone from the dealership accidentally poured oil to my engine compartment during the oil change and wanted to charge for labor to clean the engine up. I am not sure about that, but one thing I am certain, I will no longer go back to that dealership nor purchase any vehicle/services again from them. Ow and I highly recommend Service First, hands down.

Engines Express welcomed me into their automotive family a few years ago. This is a Wonderful place to get your car repaired or just get a car for yourself or a family member. The customer service is great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Engines Express for all of your vehicles upkeep😊.

Got the oil changed here on my Freightliner M2. The price was very reasonable compared to San Antonio truck shops. Family owned, and friendly, personable people. On top of great service they also washed the truck (no extra cost) taking extra time to brighten the alloy wheels. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere!!

I have never come across such honest, respectable and great customer service until I came to Cardonas! I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else but Cardonas! Thank you guys for such a friendly and trustworthy place!
