Very bad customer service Scam me for my money charge me 3 hours for job they did not do. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is not the place to go. I promise you they will try to scam you and make up their own prices. Please find somewhere else if not you'll be sorry

Outstanding company and here’s why! We recently moved and needed to find a new diesel shop for our repair/upgrade needs (we also had wanted to as we did not like the last shop we worked with for multiple reasons). This shop has a convienent and low key location that is easy to get to and doesn’t require fighting high traffic just to get to and from it. The shop is meticulously upkept and clean (the last shop looked like a dump and truck wrecking yard compared to this place). A clean appearance is warm and welcoming as you walk into their office and the right hand guy is welcoming and personable which is very nice! Seeing a shop that’s clean on this level just reassured me that the handling of parts is clean at the highest standards and that quality control is maintained and a priority which is the best feeling and one that majorly lacked in the previous shop we took our vehicle. The owner is a genuine guy and not out to scam you or rip you off-his time is valuable too so he will gladly take the time to help explain something or if possible assist if he can rather than just throwing out the “you better bring it in ASAP” line that freaks owners out. This guy really knows diesels and so do his mechanics who were all very professional and knowledgeable as well. We are super happy with our first experience with Outlaw Diesel and will absolutely be using them again very soon for more things we need done 😉

Good. Place gets very busy so they could use more people but the staff are pretty knowledgeable for the most part.

The office staff is very friendly. Got me checked in, questions & concerns were gone over, and went on my way. Received a phone call to let me know what was going on, and what it would cost to fix. If you want actual quality: the fact of the matter is that engines and transmissions need the same parts no matter where you take the equipment. The only difference between shops work and prices are when parts are not replaced. Prices are dropped and purchases are made on price alone. Pacific Torque may not always have the cheapest price. They do always have the best value. I for one would rather pay a little extra for the value and warranty. Thanks for the great work!

One of the best shops considering engine or electric work on new trucks Have problems with Volvo d13 two times and solved fast and cheaper than official Volvo dealer.

Fast , Friendly. Family oriented business. Not only did they installed the parts I bought they ordered other parts less than I found on the internet ! Then found front diff cover leaking due to a slight dent. They fixed the dent and filled and sealed front diff. for less than $ 70. Total job cost was less than half of two. Dodge dealerships. Great Communications. Great. Service. Great Price! Thank You !!!

I called and got a same day appointment. I opted to wait at the facility with my two year old. They worked around his loud grumpiness. They talked to him, even though he doesn't respond back. It was a great overall experience.

Had a positive experience with Pacific power group. Receptionist was friendly and the technicians seem to know their stuff. I'll probably use them again in the future if I have more issues with my generator.
