Great customer service. 1. They towed my car from Dallas. I had called late in the afternoon, but despite traffic causing them to work through their closing hours, they still made sure to get my vehicle to the shop that day. (no complaints from them, just something I noticed) 2. I work on my car all the time & Michael mentioned concerns that I had known existed for a while. He quoted me before working on anything & gave me a very clear & accurate breakdown of what needed to be serviced & why. 3. I got my car back in just 2 days. 4. After about a month my car is still feeling pretty sturdy & dependable. Michael was very honest & overall made sure ALL of my issues were resolved. Nothing less, nothing more. Him & his team definitely went above & beyond. I did spend a good chunk of money as expected with any major car repair (or in this case repairs), but I did my homework & to be honest I could have caught myself spending a WHOLE lot more at other shops.

Great people first and foremost. I have been taking my vehicles to Ed’s since 1994. I currently live in Rockwall and will make the drive to ensure good honest work done. Not very often you can trust mechanics these days, but Casey, his dad Calvin and their crew deliver a great experience every time. If you need ANY work done , give them a call.

Great shop. Super nice folks and do great work. They recently moved into the area and we had an Audi that needed some TLC. They were great ,listeners and worked with us on a get well plan for our Audi S6. Highly recommend them.

High quality repair work at a fair price from a a family-owned outfit. Extremely pleasant transaction all along and they provided a better diagnosis of what was causing seized brake calipers.
