Automotive Repair

Great customer service along with quality work and an honest business. I bring my truck here everytime I need a service or repair done without a second thought.

Does not answer phone or call back , no response yet add states there is a 24 hour service , I placed a call during normal hours 2 days and no response

Great service I will be back

Time is money! I basically needed a new vehicle when I moved here and was recommended by a mechanic to purchase a rebuilt motor instead. Roadmaster Engine has absolutely the best prices and more importantly to me the best customer satisfaction I could ask for! Thank you so much for standing behind your products.

Just moved to Houston and Roy has helped us with any problem we have needed from day one. This is an excellent shop and has gone over and beyond to help us in our time of need. Our car is fixed and he really gave valuable advice. This will be the only place we take our car because they are trustworthy and get the job done!

After bring told by others that I have a problem with my fuel system, which all potential culprits, were very expensive parts. Clifford was able to find my issue, which was a very inexpensive fix, a new oil cap. I am glad to have finally found an auto shop that was not out to make money off of me and preform unneeded repairs. Clifford will now be our permanent auto repair shop.

Awesome place, exceptional customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Happy H Karz to everyone. Best shop in Houston

Mark is great, hearty service and knowledgeable staff

Was under a load when my clutch went out, made it over to Hoffman and they got me out same day, ended up delivering on time. Don't run through Houston very often, but will use them everytime.

Did an oil change super fast and well

Came to get a custom exhaust done. Made my car sound loud(just the way I like it to be)

Excellent service. Very honest. Highly recommended. 5 star

I had my turn signal replaced. It was completed within hours at a very good price. I will be back and recommend to everyone! Wonderful people.

I have always had a good experience when I have taken my vehicles to Chris. He has always done a good job and I trust his expertise.

Hagen's Automotive is a testament to quality service, professional treatment, and expert advice. We asked one of their techs about our company's Super Duty problems, received great advice, and even some considerations prior to bringing it in. Steve and his crew are top notch, honest, and remind us of how service is supposed to be. Great job!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EVER COMPANY THAT I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH. THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHEN MY ENGINE WAS SHIPPED, THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY TRACKING NUMBER AND WERE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN BUSINESS. MELISSA WHO IS AN UNEDUCATED WORKER BEE HAS NO IDEA OF ANYTHING THAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT AND HAS STRUNG ME ALONG FOR A WEEK WITHOUT MY INVOICE AND MY TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ENGINE. SCOTT THE OWNER IS JUST AS INCOMPETENT AND HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE PREPARE FOR A NIGHTMARE AS IT APPEARS TO BE TOTALLY FRAUDULENT AND I AM GOING TO THE BBB NEXT. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AFTER WHAT I HAVE JUST DESCRIBED THEN, PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU WOULD BE A FOOL...OH AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY BUT CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE...LOL REPORTED THEM TO MY BANK ALREADY AND MY MONEY IS RETURNED IN FULLL. SAVE YOURSELVES THE TROUBLE. THIS IS A GROUP OF SHADE TREES. THE WORST EVER I HAVE DEALT WITH IN BUSINESS. ALL THEY DO IS LIE LIE LIE... SO DISGUSTING......THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

The Best Ever The only place I will get my car worked on.they are Honest. They don't give you the run around like most people!!!

These guys quickly diagnosed the problem with my suspension and demonstrated what it looks like when you have bad control arms (it looks freaky). Prices seem fair and they worked hard to get my job done as I was initially waiting and walking around to surrounding businesses on foot. Straightforward, no nonsense, my kind of place.

5 star if there were more I would give it
